1 Payment at 90 days sight confirmed irrevocable LC in our favor/T.T
Payment must be made by U.S dollar [BD.Taka or local currency not acceptable] If payment nor made on maturity date penal interest

[17.50%] will have to paid by the applicant from the date of negotiation till payment date.
3 Payment after export realization clause is not acceptable.
4 Maturity date will be calculated from the date of delivery challan.
LC applicant must have to submit UD within 5 days from the date of LC opening. Beneficiary name n address, products name, measurement,

qty etc LC should be mentioned in the UD..
Shipment date must be after 30 days from LC issuing date and LC expiry date 21 days from the last date of shipment n partial shipment

7 Shipment from our factory side within 30 days after receiving clean workable LC freight collect.
8 Master LC No, Date, Item n total order quantity under master LC n Vat registration No should be mentioned in the back to back.
9 Certificate of origin issued by beneficiary is also acceptable.
10LC opening, amendment n other banking charges will be borne by the applicant.
11PI validity 30 days from the date of issuance.
12Signed copy of PI with the company seal should be backed as token acceptance, Delay in doing so may effect the shipment.
13Replacement claim [if any] regarding quality, quantity, must be informed within 7 days of receipt of goods.
