SOP to Issue Institute Leaving / Transfer

cum Migration Certificate:


Students are required to submit following documents as mentioned below:
1. Application to the Dean (Academic).
2. Identity Card of the Institute (Original).
3. Copy of Consolidated Grade Card.
4. Copy of Provisional or Degree Certificate both side.
5. Copy of Admission Letter.
6. Copy of Admission Cancellation Notice (In case of cancellation of admission).
7. Proof of Migration Fee Payment of Rs. 150/-.
(Migration fee payment option is available on the Home page of the Institute
website under FEE PAYMENT>Select Branch as MISCELLANEOUS)

A. In case you are addressing your application online then furnish all the
documents (self-attested) as mentioned above to ar.acad@nitp.ac.in from
your official NITP Email ID.
B. Send your Institute ID card through registered/speed post to the address
mentioned below:
