The internalization of the company is


defined as a strategic corporate process of growth through international
geographical diversification that is evolutionary and dynamic in the long
term, and that gradually affects the different activities of the value chain
and the organizational structure of the company, with a commitment
and IMPUCOCIOY increasing of its resources and capabilities with the
international environment and based on cumulative knowledge.
For Vicente and Alonso (2006) the internalization of the company
guides the establishment of more or less stable links between the
company and the international markets, throughout a process of
growing involvement and international projection, this process is not
exclusive for small and medium-sized companies. companies. those
