5:00-6:00PM Living with Loss- ( Jennifer she/ her) (Seagull) Support group for people who are
experiencing grief over loss in their lives.

7:00-8:30PM- Nip It in The Bud NA- (Pelican) Nip It in The Bud NA is a supportive and empowering
NA 12-step group dedicated to fostering a community of individuals committed to overcoming addiction.
Our group provides a safe and confidential space where members can share their experiences, strength, and
hope as they work together to navigate the journey of recovery.

Tuesday

12:00-4:00PM- Guardians of Growth- ( Daniel he/ him) (Seagull) Guardians of Growth is a Dungeons
and Dragons group dedicated to supporting mental health through the power of storytelling and
camaraderie. players’, we embark on epic quests within the realm of fantasy, where each player' s character
mirrors their real- life journey of overcoming challenges and embracing resilience. Through role- playing,
problem- solving, and mutual encouragement, we create a safe space where members can explore their
emotions, build confidence, and forge connections with others who understand the importance of
perseverance in the face of adversity.

5:00-6:00PM- No Longer Numb- (Kevin he/ him) (Pelican) Recovery from opiates ( heroin, fentanyl,
prescription, etc.). Anyone struggling with, or in recovery from addiction to opiates. Talk about lived
experience, what has worked or not worked for you. How to live life without opiates as a coping mechanism.

5:00-6:30PM- Trans + Plus- ( Alice she/ her) ( Swan)- A support group for those exploring or questioning
their gender identity, particularly welcoming trans and non- binary individuals. It offers a safe space for
sharing and discussing topics specific to these experiences, along with a book nook featuring relevant
literature and a list of resources for members, including hotlines, mental health services, and gender- affirming
care supplies.

This support group is an open forum to address the issue of addiction from a female perspective.

learning about different aspects of mindfulness and how they apply to life and recovery. We will discuss
different tools and practices to help increase self-awareness towards body, thoughts, emotions, behaviors
and more.

5:00-6:00PM- Volun- Peers- ( George he/ him) Hybrid Group. Second Thursday of the month. Volunteer
training for active volunteers and members who are interested in becoming a volunteer.

5:00-6:30PM- Rhythm for Recovery; Music and Guided Meditation- ( Lisa she/ her Michael he/ him)
Pelican) 2nd & 4th Friday. Come join us in drumming out your stress, finding connection, and soothing
the chaos in your mind. Bring your own drum or drum like item or use ours.

5:30-6:30PM- Broken Bubbles- ( Daniel he/ him) (Swan) This is a Crystal Meth Recovery support
group. Join us and share your experience strength and hope. All pathways to recovery welcome!

Saturday

11:00-12:00PM- Self- Care Saturdays ( Rico he/ him)- (Swan) Come in and explore the many facets of
self- care. How to implement and maintain self- care in your daily life.

1:00-2:30PM- LTS Warriors- ( Kate she/ her) (Women’ s Group)- (Seagull) Second Saturday of the
month. This is a LTS and newly/ recently diagnosed HIV+ women’ s support group and a safe place to
talk and ask questions about long-term living with HIV.

1:30-2:30PM- The Barbershop Talk (Greg he/ him) (Men’s Group)- (Swan) A group for men of all
ages and ethnicities to talk about life, current events or whatever may be going on in their lives.

5:00-6:00PM- Marijuana Anonymous- ( Seagull) Welcome to Marijuana Anonymous ( MA), where


individuals struggling with marijuana addiction find support and community. Through our meetings
and the 12 Steps program, we offer a non- judgmental space for sharing experiences and working
towards sobriety. Join us to connect with others on the path to recovery and find hope, help, and
healing.

12:00-3:00PM- ART: An Expression of Self- ( Daniel he/ him) (Seagull) Learn comfort, focus,
escape, challenge, adventure, satisfaction, and achievement of recovery through art expression. All
artforms welcome!

3:00-4:30PM- Getting Through it Together; Families in Recovery ( Tianna she/ her)


Parenting Group)- ( Pelican) A group where loved ones feel safe to freely express what
challenges they are facing while gaining a better understanding of the recovery process.

3:00-4:00PM- Take Care! Time Out for You (Tammy she/ her) (Seagull) “ Self-care” is often
associated with only women; manicures/ pedicures, visiting hair salons, hot bubble baths, and
candles. That is limiting and false! This group will include everyone from all genders, identities,
stages of recovery, and walks of life. We will expand the definition of self-care and explore ways to
nurture oneself, no matter who you are. Take Care! Will be a weekly gathering devoted to exploring
multiple dimensions of what it is to treat yourself well and function at your best.

5:00-6:30PM- ( LGBTQIA2s) Plus +- ( Alice she/ her) ( Seagull)


This is a group by and for members of the LGBTQIA2s+ communities. It is a traditional support
group with some other features. These include resources for when the group is not in session, topical
books in a book exchange, and fun stuff like selfcare kits and buttons. The group will explore the
topics that concern members of our community by allowing all participants to share.

5:00-6:00PM- Kent Valley NA-(Pelican) Kent Valley NA is a supportive community offering a safe
space for individuals in the Kent Valley area to overcome addiction through the Narcotics
Anonymous program and mutual encouragement. With regular meetings and fellowship, participants
find strength and hope in their journey towards recovery.

Having the support of your community is essential for recovery. Isolation can oftentimes cause
issues with mental health, addiction, and chronic illness challenges to become worse. Becoming part
of a community of people who have shared those struggles gives hope and meaning to everyone.
There is no fee for participating in a group.
