SERVICE OF THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM OF SAN JUAN DE CHOTA-COLLICATE,

BAGUA GRANDE DISTRICT, PROVINCE OF UTCUBAMBA – AMAZONAS” met, with

the purpose to agree to pay a water rate equivalent to …………. annual soles per m3 (They

are …………………. with ……/100 soles), which would cover 100% of the Operation and

Maintenance Costs of the project during its useful life; After the project has been executed, if

necessary, said amount would be recalculated jointly with the Local Water Administration.
