In the event that a certain item does not have the approval of the (ITO) and must be
redone and its arrangement implies extra expenses, its cost will be borne by the Contractor.

As a general rule, it will be required that all materials used in these works be of first quality and in
accordance with the prescriptions of the Standards of the National Institute of Standardization (INN) without
prejudice to the requirements indicated in the Plans, Annexes and in these Technical Specifications. and
current Chiledeporte regulations.

The Contractor must maintain a Work Book on site, with foliated pages and in duplicate, where the
Municipal Technical Inspection will record all observations made on the ground.

Modifications, extensions, reductions and/or changes in alternatives to the Works must be approved
by the ITO.

In the execution of the work, the contractor will be governed by the indications of established
standards and factory catalogues.

1.0 PREVIOUS JOBS

1.1 WORK SIGN

When starting the work, a sign with the dimensions, colors and legend will be provided and installed in the
place indicated by the (ITO), according to the standard plan delivered by Chiledeporte; This sign must be
maintained until the Provisional Acceptance of the work, becoming municipal property.
The (ITO) will subsequently coordinate the removal of the sign, within a period of 60 days, after Provisional
Reception.

1.2 CLEANING AND ESCARPING

The land must be cleared of any organic material that is present, using a scarp of approximately 30 cm. and
the application of a herbicide that prevents further plant growth.

1.3 LAYOUT AND LEVELS

The layout and levels will be executed according to the attached plans. The +0.00 elevation will be defined
on the ground. The layout must have the ITO V°B° which will be recorded in the book of works.

2.0 GROSS WORK

2.1.1 EXCAVATIONS

They will be executed in the form of isolated cubes of 0.50 x 0.50 m, with a depth of 0.60 m. on the ground,
to leave the mesh foundations in place at the regulatory distances. The bottom of the excavations must be
perfectly horizontal with its edges well defined and at right angles to their walls.

2.1.2 DEBRIS

The debris from the excavations will be removed by the contractor once the excavations are completed, and
must be deposited in a place determined by the ITO.

2.2 PAVEMENT BASE COURT 1 (CONCRETE)

2.2.1 STABILIZED FILLING

It must be filled and compacted with stabilized material, free of organic matter, measuring 10 cm,
mechanically wet-tamped with a vibrating plate. This must be moistened and mechanically tamped in layers
no larger than 5 cm. The slope of 0.8% must always be maintained, according to respective plans.
2.2.2 RUBBLE BED

It will be 10 cm thick and must be watered and tamped. It is also consulted between the stabilized layer and
0.15 mm thick polyethylene film gravel, duly overlapped. The film must return to all perimeters of the
surface to be placed. Always maintain the slope of 0.8%,

2.2.3 RADIER

A 10 cm layer of concrete with a dosage of 255kg is placed on the gravel bed. Cem/m3. The concreting of
the surface must be carried out in non-contiguous sections of approximate dimensions 3 x 5 m. Expansion
joints of a maximum of 1 cm must be left. filling them with elastic dilator material. They can also be carried
out in continuous concreting, with the expansion joints having to be made using a pavement cutter and filled
with elastic material. Once made, it should be covered for 8 days with a layer of polyethylene.

Prior to placing the radier, the anchors for the posts must be left in place.

2.2.4 MECHANICAL SMOOTHING AND JOINT PREPARATION

The smoothing will be done mechanically, using helicopters, the work joints will be sealed with Sikafloor
7750 foor joint or similar.
A finish must be carried out by polishing the area, thereby eliminating the imperfections of the court.

2.3 PAVEMENT BASE COURT 2 (CLAY)

2.3.1 RUBBLE BED

The treated surface must be leveled with a slope of 0.8% and mechanically compacted.
After leveling and compacting, the following layers must be placed in the order indicated. A bed of gravel
with a maximum size of 2” and a thickness of 5cm

2.3.2 CLAY BEDS

A layer of brick rubble but with a size of 25 to 50mm and a thickness of approximately 8 cm. Another layer
of brick rubble but with a size of 20 mm and a thickness of 5 cm.

Subsequently, a layer of brick gravel measuring 10 to 15 mm and 5 cm thick should be placed. Then a layer
of thick brick dust of 2 to 3 mm and a thickness of 2 cm should be placed. and Finally, a 2 cm thick layer of
fine brick dust should be placed.

It must be kept in mind that between each layer to be placed it will have to be watered and mechanically
compacted.

Prior to placing the brick layers, the anchors for the posts must be left in place.

3.0 TERMINATIONS

3.1 PAINTINGS

3.1.1 ANTI-CORROSIVE

Prior to the application of the anticorrosive, the structure must be cleaned of the lamination layer, oil, rust,
remains of greasy matter and impurities, using a steel brush and a degreasing liquid, then the structure will
be painted with a coat of anticorrosive before of the assembly. After mounting the uprights; Any areas that
are damaged or burned due to assembly welding or overlapping should be inspected and repainted.
After this procedure the structure must be washed and dried. After assembly of the structure, another coat
of anticorrosive will be applied.

3.1.2 ENAMEL

Once the metal structure has been treated with anticorrosive, the application of synthetic enamel is
consulted, color chosen by the client, it will be applied with a spray gun with a minimum thickness of 1.5
mm. And two hands at least.

3.1.3 LAYOUT OR MARKING

The final layout will be according to the official distances and may be executed with white chalk with a
thickness of 5 cm. Studs must be left protruding from the ground approximately 3 cm at the bottom and
sides of the playing area to locate the layout canvas.
The layout can also be done using 5 cm thick white wooden straps. This system avoids constant marking of
the court.

4 SPORTS IMPLEMENTS

4.1 TENNIS STANDS

The placement of two uprights in black iron tubes 3” in diameter and 4 mm thick is consulted. They will
have a height of 1.20 m, measured from the ground level to the tension cable.
Both will be fixed in concrete cubes of 0.40 x 0.40 m, and 0.60 mm deep, in concrete of 212.5 kg.Cem/m3.
Included in this item is a 2.5 mm polyethylene net, double part with a PVC band on the top and steel cable.

5. CLOSURES
5.1. Foundations: Foundation values for metal pillars are considered to be 0.40 x 0.40 x 0.6 m. (see
details in plans)

5.2. Structure: This will be composed of frame structures with 75x75x3mm pillars 2.5 meters high for
the lateral perimeter closure and 4.5 meters high for the perimeter closure of the bottom of the fields every
3 meters and a crow's foot every 6 meters structured in 2” 2mm tubes (See details). The frames will be
structured in the horizontal part by 2” iron tubes of 2mm thickness.

The concrete cubes will be cemented with a dosage of 250 kg/cem/m3 according to the plans.-

Weld beads must be continuous and even with good penetration. The joints of the tubes will be made with a
clean cut. The perpendicular joints between the tubes will be fish type.-

5.3. Meshes: It will be Galvanized Biscuit type mesh 50/12 of 2 meters. High. It must be welded to the
metal structure and the overlap and joint between meshes must be perfectly united and attached. Loose
ends should be rounded and finished.

5.4. Doors: Two doors of the same material as the proposed closure are considered, these will have a
latch lock and padlock, which must be mounted with 3 ¾ x 3” iron hinges.

6. CLEANING AND DELIVERY OF WORK:

The work will remain clean during the execution period and once all the work is completed, a complete
