==== SPIRITUAL WAR HAS 6 LEVELS ====

When we talk about spiritual warfare, we immediately think of "city capture" others of "demons
oppressing people" but in reality we must be thinking on several levels and attack them in an orderly
manner. Levels cannot be skipped any more than we can go from first grade to fourth grade.
Precisely one of the errors that we have seen the most in churches is going out to take the city when
they did not even remove the demons that came from generation to generation on their heads or
brothers who expel demons from the people when they have not been ministered to yet.

The levels that God has shown us are the following:

1. Staff
2. Land
3. Church
4. Aires
5. City-nation
6. Armageddon

Let's briefly look at what each one means:

==== LEVEL 1: Personal ====

Everything has its time and preparation. No one can advance from 1 to 5 level just as no one can
launch into the 4th level war unless the first one is okay. That is why this chapter is the longest, the
most important and the key to the great harvest. It consists of removing all the demons that we have
in our lives, uncut curses, strongholds in the mind, magical bandages that the enemy has put on us. It
is being ministered to inner healing and in a search for God, hungry, with a fresh personal anointing ,
hearing God. Here we will see how a warrior is formed. Weapons and attitudes of war.

==== LEVEL 2: Terrestrial ====

 It's the land battle. Since we are already well and armed we can bring power of the Spirit to those
who are bound and disturbed by the devil. It is battling against people's demonic strongholds,
removing demons, healing the sick and discipling under the teacher's principles.

==== LEVEL 3: Church ====

The main demons that exist over the churches, how they entered and how they govern the life of
hundreds of Christian churches. The spirit of gossip, division, legalism, divorce, jealousy, sexual, etc.
We will also see practical steps to destroy them and make the Holy Spirit our only guide.

==== LEVEL 4: Aires ====

This is how we unmask the devil in the media, who he does and what his strategies are like against
churches and pastors. What the devil's attacks are like when we decide to take to the air for Christ,
how occultism works and how we can overcome it. Here we begin to unmask it at the city,
neighborhood or nation level. What our weapons are like at this level, and how we prepare for the
great harvest. The role of intercession and the conquering anointing.

==== LEVEL 5: City - Nation ====

How to do the mapping, and start a strategic plan of invasion and impactful conversion throughout
the city. The elements we have to do it, the role of the unit and our weapons.

==== LEVEL 6: Armageddon ====

How will the last great war against the antichrist be, how we will win and harvest thousands for the
kingdom of God. A victorious reading of the Apocalypse and the great tribulation.

Now that we have generally clarified what each level is, let's define some characteristics of the
perimeters, and then delve deeper one by one.

==== CHARACTERISTICS OF EACH LEVEL OR PERIMETER ====

A) Levels are never "exceeded":

That is to say, I have already passed level 1, I have passed level 2, which means that the devil will
never attack me again at level 1. No, that concept is false.

The levels accumulate, I pass 1, I continue with 2 and then I go to 3, meaning that I now battle
simultaneously in 1,2, and 3, in the previous levels the war continues.

That is to say, the battles accumulate, they mix, and the devil intersperses his attacks simultaneously
or with different weapons. That is why it is important to always start with the first and then move on to
the others.

Spiritual warfare books have placed emphasis on what demons or the devil are like and their strategy,
we also want to emphasize that the soldier must be firm, armed and fight strategically.

B) Each stage can last a long time:

That is to say, to go from level 1 to 2, the time may vary from church to church or from Christian to
Christian. This depends on many circumstances, there are Christians who go from level one to two in
weeks and others go from level 1 to 2 in years and others do not even go from 1 to 2.

The desire of this work, too, is to tell what our experience was like. Some churches cannot go beyond
level 2, others beyond level 3. God ardently desires a victorious people.

The book is developed from the point of view not of the universal church, but of the local one. As we
pass each level in victory, we move on to the next, our lives as soldiers change, our pursuit of God is
greater, and our victories and struggles are more powerful in Him.

No matter where we find ourselves standing, we can never say "that's it", but rather "Lord, give me
more... more..."

C) Spiritual warfare at any level presupposes being under the Lordship of Christ and in
holiness:

With this, what I want to emphasize is that spiritual warfare is linked to a bunch of other spiritual
"issues." Spiritual warfare is not simply about "rebuking spirits" and nothing more.

The holiness, the unity, the presence of the ES etc., are elements of spiritual warfare, without these
there is no war but rather people shouting into the air believing they are achieving something for God.
D) Battles and weapons must be strategic, that is, used according to each level:

Spiritual warfare is serious business. We cannot go to level 3 if we have not battled and grown in
level 1 of the battle on a personal level. How can we battle in the capture of cities (level 4) if the
church is not in internal unity.
Can an army go out to battle the enemy if they themselves do not agree with their leaders? If there is
no unity in the soldiers, how will they fight against the prince of the division? On the other hand, if
they do not know their weapons, they do not know how to use them and when, how are we going to
wage an effective war?

E) In each level the important thing is to discover the enemy's strategy and combat it:

Analyze their attacks, discover them through the guidance of the Spirit and through the eyes of faith
and destroy them. The enemy is vulnerable, find out where he is and attack him. Each attack of the
devil on our life or the church is weak in itself, we just have to locate it as we will explain later and
attack it. If he comes like a hurricane he will run like lightning!!!

CAUSES OF CURSES IN THE BIBLE
Mark 11:14 Then Jesus said to the fig tree, “Let no one ever eat fruit from you.” And his disciples
heard it. 11:20 And as they passed by in the morning, they saw that the fig tree had withered from the
roots. 11:21 Then Peter, remembering, said to him, Master, look, the fig tree which you CURSE has
withered.

In this brief biblical story Jesus curses a fig tree that does not bear fruit, a symbol of a Christian who
does not have a life according to his Holy Spirit and displeases God in such a way that he declares
him cursed, condemns him. In the Bible not everything is beautiful and good, there are many ugly or
bad things and the worst of all is being a Christian and falling into a curse by the mouth of our own
God.
Proverbs 26:2 As a sparrow wanders, and as a swallow flies, so the CURSE will never come without
a cause.

The curse is a reality and it is something of which we can be victims or causes. The Bible talks and
teaches a lot about curses. God Himself can send a curse on something or someone. As Christians
we must know the Bible in its entirety and in depth, that is, with the revelation of the Holy Spirit, to
know what our attitude should be spiritually and in daily life with our brothers, with our neighbors and
with God. According to this verse from Proverbs 26:2, the curse is there because something or
someone caused it, so it is a priority to know what God desires and what God requires of his children,
to be faithful and pleasing to them, to not fall into sin and to not fall in curse.

Let us examine and meditate on the list of verses compiled here. There are hundreds of God's
commandments in the Old and New Testaments, we show here just a few to give a guide and where
to start ordering thoughts and behavior. From these verses you should deepen your biblical
knowledge every day and put it into practice. Each one of them is an example and a very important
lesson to take into account.

If you do not understand any of these verses well, I recommend looking for it in the Bible and reading
it in its context, in addition to asking God in prayer for his Holy Spirit to open your understanding (to
allow you to understand) and give you the correct revelation regarding of such a matter (what He
wants to teach you or show you).

VERSES RELATED TO CURSE:

___ SIN AGAINST PARENTS

Genesis 27:12 Perhaps my father will touch me and consider me a mocker, and I will bring a CURSE
on me and not a blessing.

Leviticus 20:9 Every man who CURSES his father or his mother shall surely die; to his father or his
mother he CURSSED; His blood will be on him.

Deuteronomy 27:16 CURSED is he who dishonors his father or his mother. And all the people will
say: Amen.

Malachi 4:6 He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to
their fathers, lest I come and strike the land with a CURSE.

___ SEXUAL SINS

Leviticus 18:6 Let no man approach any close relative to reveal her nakedness. I am Jehovah.

Leviticus 18:7 You shall not reveal the nakedness of your father or the nakedness of your mother;
your mother is, you will not reveal her nakedness.

Leviticus 18:9 The nakedness of your sister, whether your father's daughter or your mother's
daughter, whether born at home or born abroad, her nakedness you shall not reveal. 18:11 The
nakedness of the daughter of your father's wife, begotten of your father, is your sister; You will not
discover their nakedness. Deuteronomy 27:22: CURSED is he who lies with his sister, his father's
daughter, or his mother's daughter. And all the people will say: Amen.

Leviticus 18:10 The nakedness of your son's daughter, or your daughter's daughter, you shall not
uncover their nakedness, for it is your nakedness.

Leviticus 18:12 You shall not reveal the nakedness of your father's sister; She is your father's relative.
18:13 You shall not reveal the nakedness of your mother's sister, because she is your mother's
relative. 20:19 You shall not reveal the nakedness of your mother's sister or your father's sister;
because when they discover the nakedness of their relative, they will bear her iniquity.

Leviticus 18:14 You shall not reveal the nakedness of your father's brother; you will not reach his wife;

Leviticus 19:20 If a man lies with a woman who is a servant betrothed to someone, and she is not

because she is not free. 19:21 And he will bring to the LORD a ram as a sin offering for him at the

Leviticus 18:17 You shall not uncover the nakedness of the woman and her daughter; You shall not
take his son's daughter, nor his daughter's daughter, to reveal her nakedness; They are relatives, it is
evil.

Leviticus 18:19 And you shall not approach a woman to reveal her nakedness while she is in her
menstrual impurity. 20:18 Whoever sleeps with a menstruating woman, and uncovers her nakedness,

people.

Leviticus 18:23 Neither shall you have fellowship with any animal by defiling yourself with it, nor shall

CURSED is he who lies with any beast. And all the people will say: Amen.

Deuteronomy 23:2 No bastard shall enter into the congregation of the Lord; nor shall they enter into
the congregation of Jehovah until the tenth generation.

Deuteronomy 27:20 CURSED is he who lies with his father's wife, because he has uncovered his
father's lap. And all the people will say: Amen.

Deuteronomy 27:23 CURSED is he who sleeps with his mother-in-law. And all the people will say:
Amen.

Number 5:20 But if you have gone astray from your husband and have defiled yourself, and someone
other than your husband has cohabited with you 5:21 (the priest will adjure the woman with an oath of
CURSE, and will say to the woman): The Lord make a CURSE and an execration among your
people, Jehovah causing your thigh to fall and your belly to swell;

___ EATING UNCLEAN ANIMALS

Leviticus 7:26 Furthermore, you shall not eat any blood in any place where you live, whether of birds
or beasts. 7:27 Whoever eats any blood, that person shall be cut off from among his people. 17:10 If
any man of the house of Israel, or of the foreigners who dwell among them, eats any blood, I will set
my face against the person who eats blood, and I will cut him off from among his people.

Leviticus 11:4 But of those that chew the cud or that have a hoof, you shall not eat these: the camel,
because it chews the cud but does not have a cloven hoof, you will consider it unclean. 11:5 Also the
rabbit, because it chews the cud but has no hoof, you will consider it unclean. 11:6 Likewise the hare,
because it chews the cud but has no hoof, you will consider it unclean. 11:7 Also the pig, because it
has hooves, and is cloven-hoofed, but does not chew the cud, you will consider it unclean. 11:8 You
shall not eat their flesh, nor touch their dead body; you will consider them unclean.

Leviticus 11:9 This you shall eat of all the animals that live in the waters: all that have fins and scales
in the waters of the sea, and in the rivers, these you shall eat. 11:10 But as many as do not have fins
or scales in the sea and in the rivers, both everything that moves and every living thing that is in the
water, you will hold them an abomination.

Leviticus 11:13 And of the birds, these you will hold in abomination; They will not be eaten, they will

Leviticus 11:23 Every winged insect that has four legs is an abomination to you.

Leviticus 11:29 And you will consider unclean these animals that move on the earth: the weasel, the
mouse, the frog according to its kind, 11:30 the hedgehog, the crocodile, the lizard, the lizard, and the
chameleon.

Leviticus 11:41 And every creeping thing that creeps on the earth is an abomination; will not be

___ DISEASES AND BODY HYGIENE

Leviticus 12:2 Speak to the children of Israel and say to them: When a woman conceives and gives
birth to a man, she will be unclean seven days; according to the days of her menstruation she will be
unclean. 12:5 And if she bears a daughter, she shall be unclean for two weeks, according to her
separation, and sixty-six days she shall be purified from her blood.

Leviticus 13:2 When a man has a swelling, or a rash, or a white spot on the skin of his body, and
there is like a leprosy sore on the skin of his body, he shall be brought to Aaron the priest or to one of
his sons the priests.
Leviticus 15:2 Speak to the children of Israel and say to them: Any male, when he has a discharge of
semen, will be unclean.

Leviticus 15:16 When a man emits semen, he must wash his whole body in water and be unclean
until evening. 15:18 And when a man lies with a woman and emits semen, they shall both wash with
water, and be unclean until the evening.

Leviticus 15:19 When a woman has a discharge of blood, and her discharge is in her body, she shall
be separated seven days; and whoever touches it will be unclean until the evening.

Leviticus 15:32 This is the law for him who has a discharge, and for him who has an emission of
semen, becoming unclean because of it; 15:33 and for her who suffers from her custom
(menstruation), and for him who has a discharge, whether male or female, and for the man who
sleeps with an unclean woman.

Leviticus 19:27 You shall not put a tonsure on your heads, nor damage the tip of your beard. 19:28
And you shall not make scratches on your body for a dead person, nor impress any mark on
yourselves. I am Jehovah.

___ IDOLATRY

Leviticus 19:26 You shall not eat anything with blood. You will not be soothsayers, nor fortune tellers.

Leviticus 20:2 You shall also say to the children of Israel: Any man of the children of Israel, or of the
foreigners living in Israel, who offers any of his children to Molech, shall surely die; the people of the
land will stone him.

Leviticus 20:3 And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people,
because he gave of his children to Molech, defiling my sanctuary and profaning my holy name.

Leviticus 20:4 If the people of the land close their eyes to the man who gave his children to Molech,
so as not to kill him, 20:5 then I will set my face against that man and against his family, and I will cut
him off. among his people, with all those who committed fornication after him, prostituting themselves
with Molech.

Leviticus 20:6 And the person who attends to enchanters or soothsayers, to prostitute himself after
them, I will set my face against that person, and I will cut him off from among his people.

Leviticus 20:27 And the man or woman who evokes spirits of the dead or indulges in divination must
die; they will be stoned; their blood will be on them.
Deuteronomy 7:25 You will burn the sculptures of their gods in the fire; You shall not covet their silver

Deuteronomy 29:18 Lest there be among you man or woman, or family or tribe, whose heart turns
away today from the Lord our God, to go and serve the gods of those nations; lest there be among
you a root that produces gall and wormwood, 29:20 The LORD will not forgive him, but then the wrath
of the LORD and his jealousy will smoke against such a man, and every CURSE written in this book
will rest on him. , and the LORD will blot out his name from under heaven;

Jeremiah 17:5 Thus says the LORD: CURSED is the man who trusts in man, and makes flesh his
arm, and his heart turns away from the LORD.

Galatians 1:8 But if we, or an angel from heaven, preach to you another gospel than that which we
have preached to you, let him be ANATHEMA. 1:9 As we have said before, so now I repeat: If
anyone preaches to you a different gospel from that which you have received, let him be
ANATHEMA.

___ CURSE ANOTHER PERSON

2 Samuel 19:21 And Abishai the son of Zeruiah answered and said, Shall not Shimei die for this, who
CURSEth the LORD's anointed?

Acts 23:5 Paul said, I did not know, brothers, that he was the high priest; for it is written: YOU SHALL
NOT CURSE a prince of your people.

Leviticus 19:14 You shall not CURSE the deaf, and you shall not put a stumbling block before the
blind, but you shall fear your God. I am Jehovah.

Genesis 12:3 I will bless those who bless you, and I will CURSE those who CURSE you; and all the
families of the earth will be blessed in you.
Genesis 27:29 People serve you, and nations bow down to you; Be lord over your brothers, And let
your mother's sons bow before you. CURSED are those who CURSE you, and blessed are those
who bless you.

Psalms 59:12 For the sin of their mouth, for the word of their lips, let them be prisoners in their pride,
and for the CURSE and lies that they utter.

Proverbs 27:14 He who blesses his friend with a loud voice, getting up early in the morning, will be
counted a CURSE.

James 3:10 From the same mouth come blessing and CURSE. My brothers, this should not be like
this.

___ DOING EVIL TO YOUR NEIGHBOR

Deuteronomy 27:24 CURSED is he who strikes his neighbor secretly. And all the people will say:
Amen.

Deuteronomy 27:25 CURSED is he who takes a bribe to take the life of the innocent. And all the
people will say: Amen.

Deuteronomy 27:17 CURSED is he who reduces his neighbor's limit. And all the people will say:
Amen.

Deuteronomy 27:18 CURSED is he who causes the blind to err on the way. And all the people will
say: Amen.

Deuteronomy 27:19 CURSED is he who perverts the law of the stranger, the orphan, and the widow.
And all the people will say, Amen.

Deuteronomy 21:23 Do not let his body spend the night on the tree; without fail you will bury him the
same day, because CURSED by God is the hanged man; and you shall not defile your land, which
the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance.

Proverbs 11:26 He who hoards grain, the people will CURSE him; But a blessing will be on the head
of the one who sells it.

Proverbs 24:24 Whoever says to the wicked, 'You are righteous,' the people will CURSE him, and the
nations will detest him;

Genesis 4:11 Now therefore, CURSED be you to the ground, which has opened its mouth to receive
your brother's blood at your hand.

Judges 9:56 Thus God repaid Abimelech for the evil he did against his father, killing his seventy
brothers. Judges 9:57 And God turned all the evil of the men of Shechem on their heads, and the
CURSE of Jotham the son of Jerubbaal came upon them.

Proverbs 3:33 The CURSE of the LORD is in the house of the wicked, but he will bless the dwelling of
the righteous.

Proverbs 28:27 He who gives to the poor will not be poor; But one who closes his eyes will have
many curses.

Zechariah 5:3: Then he said to me, This is the CURSE that goes forth upon the face of the whole
earth; for everyone who steals (as is on one side of the scroll) will be destroyed; and everyone who
swears falsely (as is on the other side of the scroll) will be destroyed.

Matthew 6:14 For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you; 6:15
But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive you your trespasses.

Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and
unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness.

1st John 3:10 In this the children of God are manifested, and the children of the devil: everyone who
does not do justice, and who does not love his brother, is not of God. 3:15 Everyone who hates his
brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.

___ DISOBEDIENCE OR REBELLION TO GOD AND HIS WORD

Deuteronomy 27:26 CURSED is he who does not confirm the words of this law to do them. And all
the people will say: Amen.

Deuteronomy 11:26 Behold, I set before you today the blessing and the CURSE: 11:27 the blessing,
if you will hear the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, 11:28 and the
CURSE, if you will not hear the commandments of the Lord your God, and you will turn away from the
way that I command you today, to go after other gods that you have not known.

Deuteronomy 28:15 But it will come to pass, if you do not obey the voice of the Lord your God, to
seek to fulfill all his commandments and his statutes that I command you today, that all these
CURSES will come upon you, and they will overtake you.

Deuteronomy 28:20 And the LORD will send against you the CURSE, destruction and astonishment
in everything you set your hand on and do, until you are destroyed and quickly perish because of the
evil of your works for which you have forsaken me.

Deuteronomy 28:45 And all these CURSES will come upon you, and they will pursue you, and they
will overtake you until you perish; because you have not heeded the voice of the Lord your God, to
keep his commandments and his statutes, which he commanded you;

Deuteronomy 30:19: I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set
before you life and death, blessing and CURSE; Therefore choose life, so that you and your
descendants may live;

Psalms 37:22 For those who are blessed by him will inherit the earth; and the CURSED of him will be
destroyed.

Isaiah 24:5 And the land was defiled under its inhabitants; because they transgressed the laws,
falsified the law, they broke the everlasting covenant. 24:6 For this cause the CURSE consumed the
land, and its inhabitants were desolate; For this reason the inhabitants of the earth were consumed,
and men decreased.

Jeremiah 11:3 And you shall say to them, Thus says the LORD God of Israel: CURSED is the man
who does not obey the words of this covenant.

Jeremiah 24:9 And I will make them a derision and an evil to all the kingdoms of the earth; for infamy,
for example, by saying and by CURSE to all the places where I throw them.

Jeremiah 25:18 To Jerusalem, to the cities of Judah, and to its kings, and to its princes, to make them
a ruin, a mockery, and a mockery, and a CURSE, as to this day;

eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.

Galatians 3:10 For all who depend on the works of the law are under CURSE, for it is written:

DISEASES AND WEAKNESSES - PRACTICAL TIPS FOR CARE OF THE TEMPLE OF THE HOLY
SPIRIT.

This study is based on the consultation of a warrior intercessor. It seemed good to share it in the
Spiritual Warfare series, since it is about talking between warriors. I hope that this case can be of help
and direction to many who find themselves in the same or similar situation. Blessings.

CONSULTATION:

Caracas Venezuela. In recent years I took a Liberation School workshop. From which I have learned
a lot and have been fighting. I have noticed that the attacks are stronger every day and I have felt that
my body has weakened a little but I recover. I am a woman who is in the process of menopause and
the symptoms have been terrible, since blood pressure rises, it has also caused depression and
anguish. On several occasions I have had to go to the doctor in an emergency. I have not had
anyone in my Christian environment to advise me regarding this process, and how to act in this
situation. If there is any spiritual, emotional or personal weakness in my life that is also affecting...

ANSWER:

Hello sister, thank you for contacting me and for your trust in telling me what is happening to you
personally. I will try to give you some guidelines, but each person is different from another, the ideal is
that the Holy Spirit can give you more exact instructions for your situation. Since you are in the area
of spiritual warfare, I consider that you have a close and fluid relationship with the Holy Spirit. I do not
know you in your personal life, or your health, or your church activities, to tell you exactly what is
happening to you and how to act, but I will give you some useful concepts as a woman and as a
Christian.

Spiritual Warfare always causes some fatigue or tiredness, sometimes headaches or body aches;
This is due to the pressure of the nervous system and alterations of the cardiac system. But these
pains are also caused by demonic oppression, which is the presence of evil spirits in the environment
where the intercession is made. Whenever there is excess pain, it is good to pause in intercession,
and concentrate a little prayer on oneself to remove that oppression, and calm the pain. It is never
correct or advisable to continue interceding if the person is under strong attack from demons. The
right thing to do is to stop intercession and fight oppression, clear the air; and continue fighting
focused on the purpose of prayer.

As for your body, your state of the female cycle, what you are feeling is normal and you should never
allow yourself to be persuaded by the devil or anyone. Some doctrines say that if you are a Christian
you should not feel pain or have weaknesses in your body. There are extremist or radical doctrines
that pressure Christians to deny that they have pain and illness, claiming that they are declaring
negative things. That is not true, it is one thing to be negative and pessimistic; It is another thing to
have a real need for medical assistance, or insufficiencies due to advanced age or excess fatigue and
stress. Such people who engage in those doctrines have no true guidance from God; They are
manipulated by man, and their needs are not treated properly, and they usually get worse.

It is very correct to pray asking God to strengthen us in our weakness; The Bible says that 'we can do
all things through Christ who strengthens us'; 'he gives strength to the weary'; 'multiplies the forces of
those who have none'. Whenever something is wrong in our body, the ideal is for the Holy Spirit to be
our healer and helper. But if God does not heal, but if God does not give us sufficient strength for a
certain activity, we are not going to act as extremists or hypocrites, secretly suffering pain, to please
the brothers of the congregation, to make ourselves strong, or so that they do not say that we have
demons; That is a very ignorant attitude and sadly it happens a lot.

God has created us with limitations and weaknesses; We are dust, we are clay, God knows it; and we
have to discern our true condition. God himself allows certain pains and illnesses, certain gradual
losses of the body's faculties. It all has to do with the natural process of old age, maturity, fertility
cycles in men and women, loss of organs or deficiencies due to accidents, etc. What God does, man
should not oppose. Before rebuking, you must consult with the Holy Spirit.

When someone gets sick or suffers from something serious in their body, God has his purposes and
his treatment with that person. If we act from extremes, we will act badly. Not all illnesses or
weaknesses have their roots in unclean spirits; We should also not go to the doctor and take
medicine whenever and every time something hurts; We must discern and know what is generating
the problem, to know how to resolve the consequences.

Nobody is super-Christian. Each person knows their body well and knows its limitations; We all have
limitations. No one can tell you that you shouldn't feel something that is natural; It would be against
nature and against what God decides in your life. If a person is sick, they need prayer and care. If a
person is tired from work, whether mentally or physically, because work is tiring and the person
reaches their limits, we must respect their limitations and let them rest.

The fertility cycle in women is normal and natural, it is not a disease or something malignant; But
because it is so painful and unpleasant, the enemy often takes advantage of it to bother. The cycle is
a delicate process that affects the entire organism and must be attended to with the appropriate
medications, food, care and rest; so that Satan does not gain advantages and make the person feel
worse. Women have more weaknesses and sensitivities emotionally, related to their fertility status; So
it is also very correct that you take care of your state of mind and your interpersonal relationships.
Avoid things, places, memories, conversations or people that make you angry, depressed,
uncomfortable, etc. You have to look for what is pleasant, fun, calm, etc.

Any carelessness with the body, or ignorance regarding the problem it suffers, is a wide gap for
demons to enter and do evil. There may be natural illness or weakness, and also demon lodging at
the site of the illness or weakness. The person must pray and cleanse themselves spiritually, so that
their illness is healed quickly and without major complications; or so that his weakness may be borne
without grievances. When there is illness or weakness, and there are also evil spirits intervening, it is
like having an infection, an infested sector of the body; It must be purified, cleaned, disinfected so that
it is healed quickly and correctly.

We must take care of the temple of the Holy Spirit that is our body and give it what it needs to be
healthy and strong. If we are Christians who have a correct communion with the Holy Spirit, there are
always ways to know if what we suffer is from God, is natural, or is from the devil. God always warns
us and tells us what is happening in our body. Usually the signs occur through dreams; and many
people do not pay attention to dreams, or do not understand them; then they believe that something
is taking them by surprise, but God had certainly already warned.

There is also the famous 'thorn in the flesh', which is a disease or discomfort in the body permitted by
God. And this must also be defined according to the discernment of the Holy Spirit in each person.
Because when it is a thorn, it is not someone else who decides or declares it, but the person
themselves. God will speak clearly to the person who has his sting and will know very well why he
has it. No one can say: I have a sting and I don't know why. That doesn't happen like that. If the
person does not know, then it is not a sting; or the person says they don't know, so as not to have to
declare their problem or sin. Having a sting means there is a reason for having it; God put him in, and
he does not anticipate rebuking or whining, because he is not going to take him out until his purpose
is fulfilled.
For those who intercede: whether in prayer groups, spiritual warfare groups, support groups, visitors
groups, etc., it is essential to be in good spirits, rested and healthy. A warrior must be with his body
and mind ready for war; ready to face the enemy, all attacks, and win. You must be in high physical
and spiritual condition to have good performance and development in your task. Tiredness,
discouragement, illness, etc., are gaps for demons to enter and intervene in the life of the warrior, or
in the effectiveness of his prayers.

If someone is in some state of illness or weakness and must engage in spiritual warfare, it is a very
big risk, it is never recommended. The ideal is that the activity be suspended and restored; or put
another in his place until he returns.

But illness is one thing and weakness is another. Those who know that they have few limitations in
strength or other powers of their body, but feel encouraged in the Spirit to intercede and even wage
spiritual warfare, do it!

Human weakness never interferes with the Power of God, on the contrary; In our weaknesses the
Holy Spirit works wonders that glorify the Name of God; The Holy Spirit perfects us and strengthens
us spiritually in the midst of our human weakness. So being weak for God is not a problem, it is an
advantage. But all with care and prudence! And the Lord will give each one the measure of faith and
grace they need to be a channel of blessing and testimony of His Greatness. Hallelujah!

1 Samuel 2:4: The bows of the strong were broken, and the weak were girded with power.

2 Samuel 3:1: There was a long war between the house of Saul and the house of David; But David
was getting stronger, and the house of Saul was getting weaker.

FASTING AND DIET IS SIMILAR BUT IT IS NOT THE SAME

I have been asked several times on the subject of fasting. What I write here is just a guideline,
the true STRENGTH and POWER are in the Word of God and in His Holy Spirit, so I urge you
to read carefully each verse exposed, because in them are the answers and solutions for
each situation and for each person. I am going to give you some very practical suggestions,
but for them to work you will have to persevere.

FASTING is more difficult than when a person needs to DIET to lose weight. Because?
Because diet is a discipline that is focused mainly on the effort of the body, but Fasting is a
discipline that requires all areas of our being: body, soul and spirit.

When we diet, we have to propose and follow an exercise routine, completely change meals
and schedule habits, as well as daily activities and sleep. So it almost becomes an odyssey to
be able to lose a few pounds.

Much more happens with FASTING, which is a SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINE. We have to be

aware that if we don't do what needs to be done, we will never achieve it. Specific schedules
and routines must be proposed for tasks, Bible studies, meditation (devotionals), service in
the work, prayer... all this without neglecting secular, family and social tasks.

We will soon realize that 24 hours a day are not enough for everything and we will have to get
up earlier to pray and everything else. In order to have control over when and how to do the
Fast, a good way is to organize an AGENDA and stick to it.

It is worth clarifying that as the Christian matures in his spiritual activity, all these demands
and routines become increasingly easier and become more and more satisfactory.

Many people have told me:

- I fast when I can,

- I do my fasting my way,

- I'm fasting and nothing happens,

- I don't know what fasting is like,

- I can't fast,

- I don't need to fast,

- I don't like fasting.

These statements that are heard quite frequently are examples of people who do not receive
teaching in their churches. Many even recite verses and reasons to me to justify themselves,
but none of that is correct or true biblically and before God.

I also see a lot of this: Church or group leaders say “Let's fast on such a day for such a
reason!” and then on that day everyone is prohibited from eating because otherwise the
leader reprimands them; If they fail to fast, they feel accused and guilty. Some pretend and
others hide because they are ashamed, because they don't know what to do to comply or to
make it work for them.

We are realizing that fasting is not just a few hours or days without eating, it means much
more.

DEMON AND DOMAIN

The battle of Fasting is a spiritual and carnal war against ourselves. It is a battle of
overcoming and that has to do with the attitude of the SOUL; It is a hard discipline to learn to
hold our FLESH and increase our SPIRITUAL sensitivity.

Satan will be watching every time we want to fast, but it is not his fault if we fail. Satan is an
enemy but the battle is not against the DEVIL, but rather against the DOMAIN. Self-Control is
a fruit of the Holy Spirit that every Christian must seek and develop. It is a battle against our
own body; It is a battle against the DESIRES OF THE FLESH.

The spiritual warfare of Fasting is never easy, it requires a lot of self-discipline and
determination since no one is going to be watching us 24 hours a day to see if we take a quick
trip to the refrigerator, but there is God who sees everything and with him we have to comply.
In addition to the fear of God and the desire to improve oneself, we must be aware that what
we are doing is not for religious boasting, much less to “lose a few pounds”: It is a
commitment WITH GOD.

And if we are Warriors of Jesus Christ, if we are moving at the levels of intercessory prayer,
we also have a great commitment to SOULS, WHICH NEED SALVATION and LIBERATION.

- BE EFFECTIVE IN SPIRITUAL WAR,

- BE USEFUL IN THE BODY OF CHRIST.

PRACTICAL TIPS FOR FASTING DAYS
I present here a list of recommendations and also an extensive compilation of verses that
have given me a lot of results and victories, personally. These are some practical tips that we
can apply on FASTING DAYS:

1- Determine how many days you are going to fast, start with two or three, a few hours per
day. Repeat the routine and gradually increase the number of days and hours you fast.

2- Determine how many hours of fasting you are going to do per day, start with short days of
6, 8, 10 or 12 hours depending on your initial capacity. Until you can go all day without eating,
from the time you get up to the time you go to bed, comply within 24 hours. Example: If you do
a 24-hour fast and start at 8 a.m., you should not eat until 8 a.m. the next day.

3- Set the time you get up and set the time you go to bed. Define how long you are going to
be awake and how many hours of that time you are going to fast.

4- Don't have breakfast, don't eat anything in the morning, just drink a full glass of plain or
warm water. This helps you relieve the feeling of hunger and cleanses your body, it helps you
release impurities accumulated in the digestive system during the night, it will make you feel
somewhat “full” but light and agile. It's like when you wash your face and brush your teeth
every morning, so also get used to cleaning your body internally every morning.

5- Many abstain completely from water or drink very little, but that is for those who have
already learned to control themselves. You can drink water during the day but without juice
dressings or sugars because that stimulates the palate and appetite. If you intend to drink
something besides water, it should be bitter and light, no strong flavors or heavy, heavy
liquids. The ideal is pure water, and only when you are thirsty or coincide with meal times to
control the feeling of hunger.

6- Here's something for the weakest. It may happen that the first few days it is impossible for
you to drink only water. Then you do a smoothie diet to get your body used to it. Every day
you add more water and put less food. Until you can sustain yourself only with water.
Suggestion: Vegetable broth, boiled herbs, fruit juices. Try to strain it so you don't digest solid
pieces of food, nothing to chew. The act of chewing stimulates the palate and the production
of saliva, and this causes an increase in appetite. Follow this liquid diet for the first few days,
as you get used to it you will see that the less you eat and drink you will also feel better.

7- Lots of PRAYER and READING of the Bible. Propose a minimum of 15 minutes of prayer
when you wake up, when you go to bed, and at the times you usually eat. Every time the body
asks you for food, you give it the Word. This helps you learn to control and resist the urge to
eat. If it is during the day, you have “a snack”: you choose a verse and repeat it several times.

8- The Word of God is Food for the Soul. Bible reading on fast days is very important. If you
do not feed your soul with spiritual food, you will not be able to withstand physical hunger
either, but if you feed on the Word you will see how God sustains you and makes you feel
good.

9- Write the word FASTING on several pieces of paper along with a related verse. And you
place them in various places in the house, where you know it will make you remember and
stop in time before falling into temptation. Example: on the bathroom mirror, refrigerator,
kitchen cabinets, wallet, car window, Bible cover, computer screen, the door of the closet
where you keep your clothes and have to get dressed, doors, etc.

10- You tie a ribbon on your wrist or ankle, without obviously tightening (this the first few times
until you get used to obeying the routine), with the word FASTING and a biblical quote that
you have to memorize. This annoyance will make you remember and learn to mentalize that
this day is not to please the flesh, but to hold it. Every time it bothers you, you thank God, you
start praying and ask for strength to endure the test (this has nothing to do with witchcraft
tapes or self-flagellation, this is mental discipline and self-control).

11- Choose a biblical quote to memorize on the day of the Fast, and write it on a piece of
paper and carry it with you all day in your pocket or some easy place where you can have it
quickly at hand and in sight. All day you will be reading and practicing that biblical quote about
Fasting until you have it well by heart. Another day you practice with another date. This makes
you grow stronger in the Word, “sharpening your sword” for the upcoming battles.

12- This is a practical example of the struggle of the outer man (the flesh) with the inner man
(the spirit): When you pray and whenever you feel like eating, you must rebuke the feeling of
hunger. You can control your body, so you can tell your stomach to calm down, not to act
capricious and to go without eating until the evening, no one dies from going without food for a
day; Jesus was there for 40 days and it went well, Daniel was there for 21 days and God
supported him; So tell your belly not to be weak, coward, that you are a warrior in spirit and
truth, and that you are going to hold on firmly, and your flesh is going to have to hold on too.
Place your hand on your body, on your head or on your stomach and tell the Holy Spirit to
take control and overcome the flesh. Subject your flesh to the Spirit. Overcome your
weaknesses. Take control of yourself.

13- Don't watch television or go out for a walk because the temptation of food is everywhere.
If you go to the Market shopping, take a LIST of what you are going to buy, and don't let your
EYES buy ANYTHING that is NOT on the list. Remember that you must not give rise to the
desires of the flesh, so do not obey it, you must conform to the list. If you don't prevent
yourself and stop, your body will buy a lot of things you don't need.

14- If you have to be on the street or go somewhere, cover yourself and strengthen yourself
much more in prayer to be attentive and firm against all temptation. Practice organized
activities that do not distract you from your Fasting day and do not deviate from your purpose.

15- Strong, warm colors stimulate the appetite, mainly white, yellow, orange, and red. Don't
wear those colors those days.

16- You know that the demons are going to try to bother you, discourage you and distract you
so that you don't reach the goal, so that you fail and feel very bad with God and with yourself.
That makes your prayers lose all effect. The demons know that if you get stronger, you win
and they lose, they will have to leave. So don't give up the battle, don't give up the war, at the
end of the day you have to proclaim VICTORY.

17- No defeats and “I can't”. You have to hit the darkness and the flesh hard with discipline,
you have to rebuke bad thoughts and everything that wants to distance you from your
purposes with God. (2 Corinthians 10:5 "Tearing down arguments and every high thing that
exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought captive to the
obedience of Christ.")

18- You can add or adapt some rules or methods that you know help you and work for you.
These are so you have an idea of how to do it and a base where to start. Each person reacts
differently to each discipline, the important thing is that it has to be done. If we do not demand
from our own body, we cannot impose new habits. The body is lazy and resists disciplines
and changes, but it also adapts quickly. At first it's hard, but then you get used to it and then
it's easy and pleasant to do it.

WE ARE WARRIORS

The body of Christ has no idea that it is part of a powerful army, many go through life without pain or
glory and without even knowing that there is a war, a pitched battle and death around us.
As one of the ex-Christian socializers and ignorant of many truths, we are very grateful that the Lord
JESHUA in his mercy opened our eyes and ears and transformed our hearts of stone and made them
of flesh in order to be sensitive and discern the Holy Spirit and the truth that surrounds us, and thus
finally convert and be transformed into TRUE CHRISTIANS AND WARRIORS, changing us daily
from glory to glory in his image and likeness. We are very grateful for this privilege that our Lord
JESHUA has allowed us.

The truth, among many other things, is that although many do not know it, do not believe it and do not
understand it, is that we are soldiers of a powerful and gigantic army whose Captain is the KING OF
KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. We are not crazy fanatics who think they are warriors, no!!! And the
true gospel is that we are brave warriors who daily take away the Kingdom of Heaven, which has
suffered violence since the fall of Satan and his allies, and which is about to culminate. And only the
brave and those who believe this to be true, those who understand and assume their role as part of
this army of the great I AM, will be the ones who assume and fight these battles.

WHY ARE WE FIGHTING?

We are first fighting for our lives. Although the Lord JESHUA already won on the Cross and snatched
the acts and decrees that were contrary to us, from the clutches of the accuser, our battle has not yet
ended, because we continue to live in a fallen world and we need to put on the armor of Ephesians
every day. 6:14-18 daily and pray, read the Word so that the sayings of YAWE are kept in our heart
(mind) and thus defend ourselves by declaring the Word against any attack from the enemy, which is
who we fight. Learning day by day to fight, we will know how to keep ourselves pure and holy to be
worthy of seeing our Father at his coming.

HOW DO WE FIGHT?

On our knees we are bigger and stronger than our enemies, and prostrate even more!!! By fasting,
interceding for one another, reading the Word, praying for wisdom and discernment of the Spirit,
listening to men or women of God who speak the 'unadulterated' Word to us, and not turning to
deceptive fables that will cause us to fall from the ranks of our battalion.

This is how we fight: WITH PRAISE, WITH WORSHIP, WITH THANKSGIVING, WITH DANCE, WITH
THE SOUND OF THE HORN, WITH THE CRY OF VICTORY AND JOY. Declaring out loud the Word
and the truths that our God has promised us, remembering that it is our most powerful weapon
because heaven and earth will pass away, but the Word of God will never pass away, it will remain
eternally and forever, it is indestructible and it is sharp and penetrating double-edged sword, before
which Satan and his minions also tremble and have no choice but to flee!!!
You, man and woman of war, it is time for you to ask the Spirit of JESHUA who has sealed you and
who dwells in you, to give you direction, discernment and bring conviction to your life. This is not for a
few, it is for everyone. This is not just for pastors, ministers, teachers. leaders, apostles, missionaries,
noooo!!! Understand, you are a warrior by nature since the creation of all things and it is time for you
to wake up and realize that your mission here is to fight, yes, fight for your soul and once you have
learned to defend, war and win for the souls of the chosen ones who are still lost or remain asleep
and ignorant, it is your job!!! It's your job!!! It's your mission!!!

WARRIORS!!!! STAND UP, SAY WAR CRY

Enlist in the ranks and fill yourselves with knowledge and maturity with daily practice as if you were
being trained in the military of the natural world but in addition to physical and mental effort and
training, we have spiritual training which costs but strengthens us in the Power of strength of the Lord,
we achieve it until we reach his stature and with his strength we will become ready and able, not only
to defend ourselves from the attacks of the enemy but to battle and win for our brothers.

It is a decision that we must all make individually, but that in the end it will be beneficial to all of us
together when we begin to fight and intercede to snatch the souls from the fallen angel, and it is a
reality that we must believe as if our life absolutely depends on it (which literally is like that!!!).

THIS IS WHAT WE WERE CREATED FOR

We are warriors and little by little we will assume and understand that if we do not adjust and accept
our destiny and responsibility, we will be constantly shaken in our walk, we will walk naked and
uncovered before our enemies, without defenses, being beaten, mistreated, tortured and defeated,
defeated. from here to there as long as we live, and we will not even be able to defend ourselves, but
we will never be able to fight or defend our loved ones, friends, and even those for whom it is our
duty, even without knowing them, to fight for their lives.

It depends on you who read this message, if you are going to take responsibility and stand in the gap
for your life, that of yours and that of your brothers. You are willing? Are you a true warrior or are you
a socializing and comfortable Christian, just looking for a little communion with God???

We pray to the Lord for the life of everyone who reads this article so that the light of JESHUA 'HA
MESHIACH may illuminate you and open all your senses, and you may assume your position in this
army. In the name of JESHUA 'HA MESHIACH we pray. Amen.
