B. BACKGROUND:
People with unfinished schooling have the opportunity to complete their studies at the different
educational levels and sub-levels contained in the EBJA project.
Young people and adults who are part of vulnerable groups and excluded from the educational system
and the economic, social and political model, through quality educational processes, of short duration,
useful and immediately applicable, will have the preparation and will be able to face future life
situations. Through academic training, we seek to carry out profound transformations to reintegrate
into full active life, and improve the employability conditions of young people and adults at social risk.
C. SCOPE:
Academic report belonging to the period April 21 - May 21, 2019, 15-month offers of the
"HUAMBOYA" Educational Unit, this report informs about the development of the educational offers
of the Intensive Unified General Baccalaureate in the Educational District 14D02 Huamboya- Pablo
Sexto-Palora, based on the information provided by the teachers and in accordance with what is
established in the academic schedule.

d. GOALS:
• Publicize the activities that were planned and developed during April 21 - May 21, 2019.
• Publicize the number of students who are legally enrolled and normally attend and those who
drop out of the EBJA 2018 project
• Strengthen knowledge based on investigative work through the use of learning techniques.
E. METHODOLOGY:
The methodology applied to carry out the activities that were carried out in May was the ERCA,
and is presented below:
• Experience. – According to the students' experience, the learning method is proceeded with
and in this way the problems of each student can be identified.
• Reflection. – The comparison is made between the experience and the conceptualization, in
this way the students can reflect and analyze the experiences obtained in reference to the
topic to be discussed.
• Conceptualization. – They are scientific and theoretical ideas, in order to make students draw
their own conclusions from the topic discussed.
• Application. – These are activities that students carry out, in which they use the knowledge
acquired.
The activities that took place during the month of May are presented below.

Qualitative analysis
• According to the tables detailed above, it can be identified that students are acquiring knowledge
adequately, however, reinforcement classes are given for students who do not attend for some
reason and in this way make knowledge equitable. .

g. CONCLUSIONS
• The activities planned in the month of May were carried out in their entirety, given that a
weekly and daily class plan was maintained, which allowed the activities to be carried out in an
orderly manner.
• It was verified that in the month of May there are a number of students who are legally
enrolled and attending classes, so the number of students required for the project has been
maintained.
• To date, the main objective has been met, which is to maintain an acceptable number of
students at the different levels of each parallel.
• Planning was made for the third year of preparatory baccalaureate and in this way a weekly
and daily class plan was made
H. RECOMMENDATIONS
• Coordinate with EU authorities Huamboya so that they get better involved with the project
and in this way motivate students not to abandon their studies and thus encourage them to
become familiar with the institution.
• Provide follow-up by the District to the EBJA Project, regarding absences and abandonment of
study by students, in order to find a solution to the problem.
• Allow teachers and students to participate in different programs or festivities specific to the
canton and the Educational Unit.
• Make some type of Agreement with the GAD Huamboya, in reference to transportation, since
it is the main drawback in students abandoning their studies.
