THE SECURITY PLAN AND SECURITY CONDITIONS

AND OCCUPATIONAL HYGIENE

PROJECT:

CREATION OF THE RECREATIONAL PRACTICE SERVICE IN THE URASQUI CHILDREN'S PARK

IN THE DISTRICT OF MARIANO NICOLAS VALCARCEL – PROVINCE OF CAMANÁ –
DEPARTMENT OF AREQUIPA.

1. INTRODUCTION

The following security plan is established to plan, organize and coordinate the actions that must be
carried out in the event of an emergency, in addition to scheduling preventive actions aimed at
avoiding said emergency situations.

Furthermore, all damages to the integrity and health of workers, all injuries, incidents and damage to
private property can be prevented, mitigated and eliminated in their entirety and we strongly believe
that Safety is everyone's task and the responsibility of Its practice basically falls on each and every
one of the workers of the work in question.

The signaling systems will be maintained, modified and adapted according to the evolution of the
work and its emerging risks.
The employer will schedule, delimit from the point of view of the safety and health of the worker, the
zoning of the workplace in which the following areas are considered:

compose them within the zoned places must be programmed.
All necessary precautions will be taken to protect people on the site and its surroundings from all
risks that may arise from it. The entry and transit of people outside the work must be using the
necessary personal protective equipment, and will be regulated by the person responsible for Work
Safety.

Measures must be taken to avoid the production of dust in the work area, with the application of dust
palliatives and, if this is not possible, using personal protective equipment and collective protections.

13. INCIDENTS WITH JOB LOSS

It is defined as such, the event that, despite not producing serious injuries or material losses, had the
potential to produce them. These incidents are reportable and must be investigated.
First we will define the incidents based on the area where they can occur and then move on to
general considerations of procedural rules.

13.1 is considered a personal incident with loss:

a) within the perimeter of the work area

- That which occurs to the worker during working hours, in the execution of a task ordered by his
foreman or supervisor.
- That which occurs during work interruptions during work hours, such as refreshments, training,
transfers between work points, etc., with the exception of strikes and stoppages.

b) outside the facilities or work areas:

- That which occurs while carrying out some activity by order of the supervisor or engineer.
- That produced on public roads, when the worker is in compliance with the employer's order.

13.2 Any personal incident, no matter how minor, must be reported and reported to the immediate
supervisor and/or the Safety Engineer as soon as possible.

13.3 The worker who witnesses a serious or fatal incident will report that fact to the Safety Supervisor
and participate in the Incident Investigation when required.

13.4 Every worker who is a victim of an injury incident at work has the right to receive complete
medical care, in accordance with current provisions and standards.

13.5 Investigation and reporting of accidents/incidents with and without loss of time. An accident is
defined as an event that results in injury, occupational illness, functional or anatomical loss, death,
suspension of production, or property damage.

13.6 the reportable cases of accidents are the following:

DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY OF MARIANO MELGAR VALCARCEL
ET CREATION OF THE RECREATIONAL PRACTICE SERVICE IN THE URASQUI CHILDREN'S PARK IN THE DISTRICT OF MARIANO
NICOLAS VALCARCEL. PROVINCE OF CAMANA – DEPARTMENT OF AREQUIPA.

- Anything that results in death, injury that requires hospitalization or causes lost days of work.
- That which causes serious damage to property, be it machinery, equipment, installation or
existence or that implies stopping the production process.
- Incident that threatens the environment.
- All fires and explosions.

13.7 A work incident is defined as an event that, despite not producing serious injuries or material
losses, had the potential to produce them. These incidents are reportable and must be investigated.

14. STANDARD OF ORDER AND CLEANLINESS

The first accident prevention law is called "Order and Cleanliness" and should be a concern for each
and everyone at work. Tidy and clean work areas are safer and more productive than those that are
not. Keeping the area tidy and clean means that you are working efficiently and safely.

14.1 All personnel must permanently keep their work area clean and tidy. They must dispose of all
construction waste in the cylinders designated for this purpose. The supervisor/foreman will request
the waste cylinders required so that the personnel under his/her charge comply with this directive.

14.2 Before the end of the day, the foremen will clean their work areas. Specific personnel must be
designated to clean the common areas of the work.

14.3 Once the work is completed, the staff will organize and put away all their tools and equipment.
The supervisor/foreman will verify compliance with this directive.

14.5 Hydrocarbon waste (oil, petroleum, grease) will be stored in appropriate containers for
subsequent disposal.

14.6 The daily collection of waste cylinders must be scheduled, which will be deposited in the areas
designated for this purpose.

14.7 The storage of materials, equipment and tools must be carried out in appropriate areas, taking
care not to hinder circulation or evacuation routes.
