AFFIDAVIT-CUM-INDEMNITY BOND

I, Shri. Shantaram Chokhaji Ahire. Age 35 years,

Occupation-Service, residing at Bldg. No.Flo/1:2, Sector-14,
Airoli, Navi Mumbai, do hereby state and declare on solemn
affirmation as under: -

That I Shri Shantaram Chokhaji Ahire declared that I

have purchased Apartment Flo/1:2, Sector-14, Airoli, Navi
Mumbai, admeasuring about 70.003 sq. Mtrs., from CIDCO
Ltd., vide Agreement executed on 18-10-95 with CIDCO Ltd.

That I therefore make this Affidavit-cum-Indemnity

Bond and further hereby agree and undertake to Indemnity
Poorna Co-op. Society against all kinds of loss, damages risk,
proceedings, and claims, demands apartment and to issue of
NOC grant of permission to me to get transferred the
Apartment in the name of my brother Chokhaji Ahire and Mrs.
Namrata Uttam Ahire favor.

That I am making this Affidavit-cum-indemnity Bond to

prove the above said facts to submit before the Poorna Co-op.
HSG. Society to issue of NOCO/grant of permission to
transfer said Apartment.

Whatever stated above is true and correct to the best of

my knowledge and belief and nothing is concealed herein.
