RE: PROPOSAL / QUOTATION / CONTRACT FOR INSTALATION OF BIO-

DIGESTER SYSTEMS FOR YOUR RESDENTIAL HOUSE IN BIRIKA KAJIANDO
COUNTY.

Following our recent site visit we have the pleasure to forward to you our quotation for a bio-
digester and indeed on-site sewer and sanitation system which is best suited for your residential
house which is under construction in Birika within Kajiando County.
Our bio-digester employs biodegradation and displacement principles. Overflow will be
directed into our french drain system. The proposed bio-digester system will handle a population
of 1 and up to 20 continuous users. Our bio-digester works naturally and will serve your house
without exhausting or maintenance.

BELOW, FIND SCOPE OF WORK AND COST IMPLICATION

1) Installation of 1 standard size aerobic and anaerobic bio-digester system to
biodegrade organic matter from all toilets serving your residential house @ Kshs
60,000
2) Installation of French drain systems (soakage area) Kshs. 20,000
3) Installation of 1 grease trapping manhole. @ Kshs 10,000.

Total cost Kshs. 90,000

We trust that the figures given shall be to your satisfaction.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It will take a maximum 7 working days to complete the whole job. VAT and carting away excess
cultivated soil is not inclusive in above quotation. A deposit of 75% is required to facilitate
mobilization and installation. 25% balance will be paid after completion. This contract carries a 7
year guarantee/warranty on manufacturer’s faults or defect.
