1. AIM
Establish guidelines to ensure that staff are aware of the consequences of their
behavior and the benefits of better personal performance in Occupational Safety and
Health in the activities and facilities related to the processes of Brexia GoldPerú SAC.

2. 2. REACH
This procedure applies to all operational and administrative areas of Brexia GoldPerú
SAC, as well as to all its contractors and visitors.

3. DEFINITIONS
3.1. Performance: Personnel behaviors related to Occupational Safety and Health.
3.2. Performance Evaluation: Process to evaluate the achievement of the
objectives set by the organization.
3.3. Recognition: Tool used to reinforce the desired performance in Occupational
Safety and Health.
3.4. Occupational health and safety Management System: Part of an organization's
Management System, used to develop and implement its integrated
management policy in aspects of safety, occupational health and the
environment.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1. High direction. -
 Participate in Performance Recognition activities organized by the Occupational
Health and Safety area.
 Ensure the availability of essential resources to establish, implement, maintain
and improve Performance Recognition.
 Monitor and recognize the performance related to Occupational Safety and
Health of Area Managers.
 Include aspects related to Occupational Safety and Health in the Performance
Evaluation of Managers/Superintendents.

4.2. Area Manager/Superintendent. -

 Participate in Performance Recognition activities organized by the Occupational
Health and Safety area.
 Monitor and recognize the desired performance related to Occupational Safety
and Health of superintendents and other personnel in the area under their
responsibility.
 Include aspects related to Occupational Safety and Health in the Performance
Evaluation of Superintendents/Supervisors.

 Participate in Performance Recognition activities organized by the Occupational
Health and Safety area.
 Monitor and recognize the desired performance related to Occupational Safety
and Health of the workers in the area under their responsibility.
 Include in the Performance Evaluation of workers, aspects related to
Occupational Health and Safety.

4.5. Workers. -
Recognize the desired performance related to Occupational Safety and Health of
the workers in your area.

4.6. Personal Resources Area. -

Manage the Performance Evaluation process for Brexia GoldPerú SAC staff

4.7. Occupational Health and Safety Manager. -

Establish, implement and maintain Performance Recognition activities.

5.2. In addition to a material recognition (award), the

desired performance must be reinforced through
dissemination to other workers.
5.3. Give each time a worker submits a Hazard Report in
the Task Evaluation format a symbolic prize in
recognition of their pro-activity.
5.4. The prizes consist of everyday objects such as

Recognition for keychains, mugs, knives, thermoses, safety glasses,

5.5. Deliver the respective prize depending on the risk
level of the reported danger, prioritizing the delivery

and Safety area the name of the workers who have
had the best performance in Safety according to what
