RENT DEED

THIS DEED of rent is executed at Lahore on this 30-04-2024

BETWEEN
Hafiz Muhammad Amin S/O Muhammad Khan CNIC 34603-1821532-3 R/O, House no. 28 Rajmant Bazar Chaoni
Saddar Sialkot, hereinafter called the LAND LORD of the one part.
AND
Al Fatah Apparels through its Malik Ehsan Yousaf S/o Malik Muhammad Yousaf Zia (sole Proprietors of Al
Fatah Apparels) CNIC 36603-6635232-5 hereinafter called the TENANT of the other part
WHEREAS, the landlord being an absolute owner of the property situated at Plot 339, Block B-1, Sector C2,
GOVT E – CO, H/Society, College Road, Lahore
AND WHEREAS the tenant desired to take the said Property from the Landlord and the landlord has agreed
to give the said property on rent to the tenant at the following terms and conditions-
That the tenant has taken the possession from the landlord of the said property situated at Plot 339, Block
B-1, Sector C2, GOVT E – CO, H/Society, College Road, Lahore at a monthly sent of Rs 30000/- 30-04-2024
a) That the tenant shall not sublet or part with any portion of the property in question to anybody else
b) That the tenant shall not make any addition, alteration, renovation, repairing and fitting in the said shop/ Plot
or make any encroachment on the passage passing through the property or in the adjoining property
c) That this rent deed is made for a period of 11 months which is mutual consent by both the parties
d) That the tenant can apply for registration of Firm, NTN Registration, Chamber of Commerce Membership and
Sales Tax Registration etc. The landlord has no objection regarding the above mentioned
e) That the tenant Has been paid security of Rs 100,000.
