Bimbo Quality Policies
The bimbo company offers high quality food since it has ISO9001 regulations, and certifications as
a distinctive clean point. It modernizes and is committed to making products 100% free of bacteria
and microorganisms available to all our consumers.
Bimbo achieves quality since it has a constant update in each of the certifications. It distributes
40% of the stores within the Mexican Republic. In addition, each product from the production date
is assigned an expiration date, taking care of our consumers.
Bimbo creates monthly supervision so that the company grows more and more without generating
losses, it generates new production techniques which allows us to accelerate and lower
production
1. Produce vehicles according to the “international quality standards” of its parent company
TMC, Toyota Motor Corporation.
2. Build and improve quality in the process, working on the basis of the “Toyota Production
System, TPS”:
• “Just in Time”: supply and produce what is necessary, when it is necessary and in the necessary
quantity.
• “Jidoka”: ability to stop production lines in the event of any eventuality detected by staff or by
the “pokayoke” system.
• “Standardized work”: once the most efficient method of work is established, it is always
repeated in the same way.
• “Kaizen”: continuous improvement.
QUALITY POLITICS.
It is the Quality Policy of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics of the National
Autonomous University of Mexico, to provide diagnostic services, verification of chemical-
biological products and comprehensive advice for the Implementation and Maintenance of the
QMS, which satisfy the needs and expectations of our users for which a Quality Management
System is established, documented and continuously improved in accordance with the NMX-CC-
9001-IMNC-2000 standard.
Quality objectives.
1. Maintain and continually improve the infrastructure and facilities of the laboratories or areas
that provide services.
2. Offer services that meet the needs and expectations of internal and external users.
3. Use, whenever possible, validated test methods or analytical techniques to perform the
services.
4. Use equipment that is operating in optimal conditions to support the results issued by the
laboratories.
7. Plan, execute and improve activities that allow managing the Comprehensive Consulting for the
Implementation and Maintenance of the QMS of the FMVZ areas
6.2 QUALITY OBJECTIVES AND PLANNING TO ACHIEVE THEM
6.2.1 The organization shall establish quality objectives for the relevant functions and levels and
the processes necessary for the quality management system.
