Dear Mr. Steven,

CONFIRMATION LETTER TO BEAR THE COST TO SUPPLY AND REPLACE 1 UNIT

OF UHF LONG RANGE READER AND 4 UNITS OF SURGE PROTECTOR ON BARRIER
GATE SYSTEM AT RESIDENSI RAMPAI II.

Referring to the above, the management has ordered 1 unit of UHF Long Range Reader (AR300U)
and 4 units of LPS Surge Protector on 12/6/2024. I am writing this letter to inform you that the goods
that have been ordered must be paid by cheque or to the supplier’s bank account. The following are
the terms and conditions of purchase provided by the supplier:

1. 50% down payment based on total sum / 40% delivery equipment and 10% balance
with be completed installation.
2. The cheque should be cross and made payable to “MTEX SECURITY & SOLUTION SDN
BHD”
3. Bank Account : HONG LEONG BANK @ 193 000 38 151

As discussed in the last meeting with Mr. Poon, the developer, the main contractor and management
on 28 May 2024, have declared and apparently agreed to distribute funds for the costs required for
the maintenance of the barrier gate system.

Accordingly, the management has obtained a quote from the supplier which is adequate with the
price agreed by main contractor and witnessed by the developer. We have attached the quotation
obtained from the supplier and the details in this letter for your consideration.

So, it will be kind if you will take immediate action so as to clear the payment as soon as possible.
