beenappointed Software Trainee Engineer at our organization in Hyderabad. You are advised to report for

Acceptance and Commencement to confirm your acceptance of this offer, you are required to:
Within 2 days of receiving this letter, respond via email to hr@vr1itsoluctions.com to communicate acceptanceof the
offer and to confirm your joining date. Please note that if you do not send your acceptance to the email ID, the offer
shall stand withdrawn.

On your joining date, please carry the following documents:


• 1 photocopy of this Offer letter duly signed and dated by you.
• 3 self-photographs (passport-sized, color photos with a white background)

The originals (For Verification) and 2 sets of photocopies of the following documents:
• All education certificates
• All previous employment letters
• Address Proof
• PAN Card
• Aadhaar Card
• Passport

Other terms and conditions of the offer are as follows:

Salary:
Your salary would be x,xx,xxx/- per annum and other allowances shall be as per “Annexure - A” attached. You will be
entitled to deductions as per company rules in force, from time to time. Taxability of your salary, benefits, and
deductions shall be as per the company's policy.

Probation period:
You will be on a probation period for the first 6 months from the date of joining. If your performance is not satisfactory
or you get involved in unprofessional ethics, then VR1 management will have full rights to terminate your services
without notice or compensation.

Notice Period/Termination/Resignation:
This contract of employment between you and the Company may be terminated by you by giving two months’ notice
orgross monthly salary in lieu thereof. However, release from the services of the company will be subject to a
satisfactory handover of the responsibilities assigned to you. In the event of willful neglect or breach of any of the
terms hereof or refusal on your part to carry out the lawful instructions of any member of the Company or being
guilty of misconduct, the Company may terminate your employment forthwith without notice. In the event of special
circumstances, the companymay terminate your employment without notice.
Upon your resignation or retirement from the Company or termination of your services, you are required to return
all assets and property of the Company such as documents, machines, data, files books, etc. (including but not limited
to leased properties).

General:
Any employee who proceeds/extends their leave without proper authorization as per the leave policy, shall be treated
as absconding and their salary will be withheld till the time management is convinced with their explanation regarding
the same. You will be responsible for your tax liabilities under all applicable tax laws and regulations.

During your employment, if you, anytime render yourself incompetent to perform your duties or if youshould
misconduct yourself or be intemperate, irregular in attendance, commit any breach of the terms of your
employment or any of the stipulations herein contained, the Company shall without prejudice to any of its rights
under the terms herein contained, be entitled to terminate your employment forthwith without notice or
payment instead of notice and to deduct from your salary or other emoluments, if any, then due to you, the
amount of any damage the company may have sustained.

Roles and Responsibilities:


You will apply diligently and faithfully to the work that may be assigned to you from time to time and will conform to
such directions that shall be given to you by your superiors. You will have the responsibility for efficient and satisfactory
operation in the areas of responsibility that may be assigned to you from time to time.

It is the intention of the company that every employee of the company takes upon himself/ herself a certain degree of
responsibility and is accountable for the work undertaken by him/ her. Company personnel are full-time employees of
the company and they should not have any other employment or hold any honorary positions/ office on a case-to-case
basis.

ServiceRules:

You will be covered by the service rules and regulations including conduct, discipline and administrative orders, and any
such other rules or orders of the company that may come into force from time to time.

Social Responsibility:
Employees may please note that their behavior towards any member of the public they may come across should be
courteous. The management reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any employee who has been found
to have misbehaved with any member of the public or any other individual.

Confidentiality:
The company considers the protection of its confidential information and proprietary materials to be very important.
Allwork material developed by you during your employment with the company will remain the sole and exclusive
property of the company.
Your remuneration is strictly between yourself and the Company. It has been determined based on numerousfactors
such as your job, skills-specific background, and professional merit. This information and any changes made therein
should be treated as personal and confidential.

Non-Solicitations:
You understand that you are being hired in a position of trust and confidence and realize your accountability towardsthe
protection of the company’s interest and matters relating to the business.

Benefits:

The benefits as outlined herein and in Company policies are subject to change at the Company’s discretion. You will
be entitled to 24 earned leaves per year after completion of your probation, pro-rated from your date of completing
theprobation. During your probation, you will be eligible for one sick leave per month

As part of your Salary package, you will be entitled to the following benefits:
1. Provident Fund (PF): You will be enrolled in the Provident Fund Scheme by the relevantlaws. Both
employee and employer contributions will be made as per the statutory requirements.

Please be advised that the exact details of your PF benefits, including contribution percentages and any
specificforms or documentation required, will be provided to you during the onboarding process.

2. Health Insurance: 2 Lakhs of Health Insurance will be covered by Employee only. (One month waiting period
and preexisting diseases will not be covered)

3. Gratuity: Gratuity is a lump sum amount you will be paid as a sign of gratitude for the service provided

4. Bonus: Retention Bonus will be paid as per the provisions of ‘Payment of Bonus Act 1965’

Travel and Expenses:


You may be required to travel, whether in India or overseas, in connection with your employment upon short notice
to you. While traveling for work, your expenses and costs in connection with such travel and any other expenses
incurredby you during your employment will be reimbursed by the travel and expense policy of the Company. You are
expected to always keep your passport valid.

As part of your employment, you will be provided with the following company Assets:

You are responsible for the proper care and usage of these items, and they are to be returned (Laptop, Charger, and
Bag) ingood condition due to the request of the company.
