All the following exercises were co-created by the participants at the 2023 LSP Conference in Billund.

“RESILIENCE THROUGH PLAY” – THE INTERNATIONAL LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® CONFERENCE 2023
1. Share your experiences and insights about resilience from the presentation about
“how to build personal and team resilience”.
2. Transform some of these experiences and insights into a tailor-made LEGO®
SERIOUS PLAY® exercise about resilience. Please design the exercise!
3. Select one person in the group to present your exercise and potentially facilitate
it.
Guidelines:
• It must be possible to perform the exercise with 1 – 2 window bags per. participants.
• The building time for the exercise cannot exceed 10 minutes (some exercises do).
• The exercise is to focus on resilience either in its content/focus and/or process wise.
• Write your exercise on a flip over.
