Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager.
As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships
with key clients while driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling our SaaS solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
Identify and understand the unique business needs and objectives of each key account, providing
tailored solutions and recommendations to drive value and ROI.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, customer success, and
marketing, to ensure alignment with client requirements and objectives.
Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts,
effectively presenting the benefits and value proposition of additional products or services.
Develop and execute strategic account plans, outlining key objectives, milestones, and action steps to
achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess performance, address any
concerns, and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to anticipate
customer needs and maintain a competitive edge.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and
insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, offering strategic guidance, insights, and best practices to
help them leverage our SaaS solutions effectively and achieve their business objectives.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote
our brand, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
