Job Title: Key Accounts Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager.
As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships
with key clients while driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling our SaaS solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
 Identify and understand the unique business needs and objectives of each key account, providing
tailored solutions and recommendations to drive value and ROI.
 Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, customer success, and
marketing, to ensure alignment with client requirements and objectives.
 Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts,
effectively presenting the benefits and value proposition of additional products or services.
 Develop and execute strategic account plans, outlining key objectives, milestones, and action steps to
achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
 Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to assess performance, address any

 Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to anticipate

our brand, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

YOU ARE ELIGIBLE IF YOU HAVE:

 MBA, Marketing, or related field.


 Sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the SaaS industry.
 Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth through upselling and
cross-selling initiatives.
 Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and
solutions to senior executives and key stakeholders.
 Excellent interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to building long-
term relationships.
 Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans to achieve sales
targets and objectives.
 Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
 Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events.
