Freight Calculation
Freight Calculation
1. LAND FREIGHT
We will call Freight the additional cost that must be charged for transportation to the work when purchased in
the city or in the factories.
In the case of Land Freight, as is evident, it depends on the road, which must a) Whether it is paved, paved or
trailed.
b) Geographic location: coast, mountains or jungle.
c) The height above sea level (altitude).
d) The gradient or slope.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications Through DS No 049-2002-MTC approved the cost of the truck
cargo transportation service containing the tables for the detention and the corresponding costs.
The D.S. No 045-2003-MTC indicates in Art. 1 that for the minimum cost of the transport service the virtual
distances contained in the Tables of Annex I of the DS will be taken into account. N of routes not considered in
said Annex, the cost will be determined between the parties.
The full capacity of the vehicle must be considered according to the following Equ Table in accordance with the
National Vehicle Regulations, that is, Art. 34 of the DS No. 03
The standard determines the cost module that constitutes the expression of the unit cost per t the calculation of
the cost for a specific section when multiplied by the virtual distance of es The virtual distance of a section is
calculated by multiplying the real distance of each of it. according to the physical factors that affect the road
section.
The calculation of the cost for a specific section when multiplied by the virtual distance of that section. The
conversion coefficients used in the standard are based on the 1991 Tariff Study of the Transportation Department,
whose physical factors are the following:
