Note:
Rates quoted in the following items shall include cost of all surface/substrate preparation,
base plaster coat in the case of wall cladding/dado works, protection of flooring by providing a
polythene sheet and a layer of POP. Rates to including carrying out works on all levels and
heights, cartage, wastage etc.
Basic rates shall be the cost of material at suppliers place without taxes. Taxes, wastage upto
10%, carting, transport to site, labor for unloading, stacking, laying, cleaning and grouting etc
all complete of the following items is to be taken by the contractor and added to basic price
for quoting overall rate.
Vitrified tile flooring- laticrete grout

Providing and laying in position vitrified tiles of min size 600 x 600 mm of approved shade and
make, over a base of 3/4" thick 1:3 Cement Plaster (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand), including
laying tiles to approved pattern, applying Laticrete epoxy grout, cleaning, curing etc.
