JOB QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Proven 3 years experience in food product development or Research & Development
within the food manufacturing or raw material trading industry.
Strong knowledge of food chemistry, ingredient functionalities, and food processing
technologies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

and concisely.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop formulation & prototype for customer using raw materials
sourced by the company
Conduct feasibility studies, formulation trials, and sensory evaluations
to optimize product recipes and processes.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends,
customer needs and competition
Collect and analyze customer feedback and survey for product
development desicion
Connect to Principle to solve technical issue
Manage product protfolio and ensuring alligment with business goal
and market trends
