TERMS OF REFERENCE CONTRACTING OF THE EXTERNAL LEGAL

ADVICE SERVICE

CONTRACTING ENTITY:

District Municipality of Pueblo Nuevo with address at jr. xxxxx

LOCATION OF SERVICES :

THE District Municipality of xxxx, in its scope through the Legal Advisory office, will provide
consulting services on issues inherent to the mayor's office.

PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT:

The objective of the contraction is to have the services of a lawyer for legal advice on matters inherent to
the mayor's office of the District Municipality of xxxxx.

STAFF PROFILE:

 Licensed lawyer.
 Be enabled
 Not have a criminal or judicial record,
 Minimum work experience 3 years.
 With training in the area of Administrative, civil, criminal, labor.
 Immediate provision.

REFERENCE AMOUNT:

The provision of their services amounts to S/ 3,000.00 soles, (three thousand and 00/100 soles).

DURATION TERM :

30 DAYS CALENDAR.

LEGAL BASIS: General budget law.

 Law No. 27972- Organic Law of Municipalities.

 Law No. 27444- Law of General Administrative Procedures.
 Law No. 31084- Public sector budget for fiscal year 2021.
 Current Civil Code and other related regulations.

FUNCTIONS:

 Provide legal advice and issue legal opinions in administrative-legal procedures, of which the
municipality is a part, in an effective and timely manner.
 It is mandatory to be present at the council session. Absolve and support the queries formulated
by the mayor and presenting alternative solutions.
 Formulate and review the draft contracts and agreements that must be concluded by the District
Municipality of xxxxxo.
 Carry out the monitoring, analysis and interpretation of the regulations, State Policies,
Procedures and others, which are issued by our Peruvian Legal System, in order to support and
advise the organic units of the entity.
 Respond to the legal requirements of the mayor, the municipal council and municipal units
through legal reports, issued in accordance with current regulations.
 The other powers and responsibilities that arise from the fulfillment of their functions that are
assigned by the Mayor or Municipal Manager.

SUPERVISION AND COMPLIANCE:

The compliance of the service will be the responsibility of the Municipal Management.

WAY TO PAY:

Payment will be made 100% after having completed your report on activities and compliance of the user
area.
