DESIGNATION FUNCTIONS
Responsible in proper management of government funds, sourcing,

collection, custody and disbursement of funds
Municipal Treasurer
• Guardians of Public assets and public adviser for soundness and
sobriety in fiscal management
MTO OFFICE
• Team leader of all office collector and field collector for Zone I, II & III
Disbursing Officer •
CASH SECTION
Post all paid paid payrolls to cash book for General, SEF & Trust Fund
• Submits report of disbursement to Accounting Office
• Receives/verifies vouchers for check issuance
• Liquidates all Cash Advances
•
Prepare report to check issued for submission to Accounting Office
Cashier • Deliver check advice to Municipal Accountant's Office
•
Prepare Monthly Reports of Expenditures per Office/ appropriation
Admin Assistant
• Prepare Quarterly Reports of Statement of Expenditures
Admin Aide
RECORDS SECTION
• Prepares summary of income report per voucher every month and
make reconciliation to cash book
• Encodes summary of income to statement of receipts and
expenditure monthly and finalize its recapitulation for
Admin Aide • Submit collection vouchers to the Office of the Municipal Accountant
every month
• Consolidate PMS of Office Performance Evaluation System every end
of June & December of the year
• Prepare Project Procurement Management Plan

Follow up delivered billing statement and notice of delinquency
• Prepare daily RCD with abstract of Collection
•
Follow up delivered billing statement and notice of delinquency
