THATS WHAT WE WANT TO REACH. At the moment we issue only one
magazine per year, and our plan is to go quarterly. www.parexcellence.vip
To reach that number, OUR PHASE 1 - what we are looking for in the first
stage is this;

1. PAR EXCELLENCE GROUP GmbH www.parexcellence.group is a parent


company registered in Zug, Switzerland, with 0% income tax. - I hope I
dont need to mention why having a company in Switzerland is a great
thing for so many things related to credibility and banking. Company with
3 different bank accounts in Switzerland, Malta and UK. There are 3
closely related businesses that are bringing us financial benefits;

B) parexcellence.life Digital Advertisement -price is going up form


January (7.000 € per video commercial)

C) parexcellence.travel With all the advertisers from the magazine we


also partner on a commision base cooperation for selling their services.
So, not only are they paying us for the advertisement, we are selling their
services through our travel packages.

D) PRIVATE MEMBER EVENT In 2025, we will launch the 5th edition of our
magazine, with the advertisement from all other previous editions - for all
previous advertisers. All the previous advertisers would have the option to
promote their business again in 5th edition for 999 € only! That would
cover expenses for the magazine distribution, but also to invite all of
them, on a FREE Gala Dinner at the Private Member Club in Paris, and on a
Private River Cruise. This would be a 2 day event, where 5th edition will
be officially released BUT ALSO WHERE WE WILL PRESENT THE NEW
PROGRAM OF;

E) PAR EXCELLENCE AWARD -award for the best jet charter business -
award for the best yacht charter agency -best luxury villa provider etc.
etc. On that event we would give awards for the first time. Advertisers
who would like to promote their business in the future, would have the
option to be included in the award program. The evaluation and award
program will be created based on statistics - sales of services according
to the size of the company and fleet (jets, yachts, villas, etc.)
2. OUR PLAN To bring our brand to the whole new level there are few
things that would need to be done. Mostly, omnipresence;

To elevate our brand, our expansion strategy includes hiring one more
sales director, social media manager, graphical designer, EDITOR IN
CHIEF & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER & REGIONAL SALES
DIRECTOR for the ARAB REGION,, increasing ad spend, and enhancing our
presence at industry related events.

Their role;
-Covering yacht news in the Arab region
-Working to hold events, seminars, and conferences in our Arab region
organized with our platform
-Selling advertisement in magazine
-Selling video production services
-Selling yacht and jet charters, villa renting services from our partners on
a commission basis.

3. INVENSTOR / PARTNER NEEDED Becoming a partner by purchasing part


of the company so we can invest the money in No.2

ROLE OF INVESTOR;
- Being responsible for the Arab Region. FOR BUIILDING PAR
EXCELLENCE EDITION FOR ARAB REGION. Meaning doing everything we
are doing now for the Mediterranean and equally share the profit same as
the responsibilities and expenses. 49%/51%

4. Potential Revenue - REALISTIC , ACCORDING FROM WHAT WE ARE


MAKING NOW

www.parexcellence.vip A Magazine, that could be run quarterly if there is


an investment in a sales team and marketing can easily bring around 40k
€ per issue. - at this moment we have around 30k$ per issue, but it is only
a Yearly edition due lack of time. WE NEED TO MAKE IT QUARTELY

www.parexcellence.life We are doing Video Commercials for 5k + travel


and accommodation, which give us around 2k in netto earning. That
would easily be going for 7k - 4k netto of earning per Video Commercial
from next year. With a good sales and marketing team we can do approx
20-30 commercials in a year.
Total;
- Potential of 120-160k for the magazine business, yearly
- 80-120k for Video Production services, yearly
- $$$ for a jet and yacht charter services as well as Villa Rentals, on a
commission basis is unknown

5. SALE OF PAREXCELLENCE GROUP COMPNAY AS AN OPTION

I will give away both brands, digital and printing media, for 200k (netto)
at this moment. Which means, after the plan is executed, the return of
200k can be done in one year.

Or I am interested in selling 49% for 98 $ (aprox. what I have invested till


now) If we talk about the equal partnership with my right for vetto and
investing that money into the BUSINESS PLAN as explained above.

So, all of this what I mentioned here, need to be transferred into a nice
looking PITCH DECK.
