the corners, with 2 or 3 stitches (photo 10). Now you should have something like in photo 11. Use
your hands and shape the back of the mouth, as shown in photo 12. The mouth should be a little
larger than the throat (photo 13)
sew the face
Start with the throat. Place it on the head with pins as in photo 14 and 15. This is to define the
position well. Place the mouth on the throat and prick it with pins.
Fill the eyes and nose and prick with pins. Now it should be like in photo 16 and 17
It is important that before sewing you are very clear about what the character looks like (you
can look at more photos on Google to guide you) and that you locate the throat and mouth
well. Once you're happy, sew the throat to the head. Place the face above the throat and sew it
as well. Now you should have something like in photos 18 and 19. Now sew the nose exactly
above the center of the upper lip. Sew the eyes. Use white wool or thread to sew the white part
of the eyes and yellow for the eyelids (photos 20 and 21)
