13 I used to have great respect for Marisa however her recent response that Olga is doing well in my
14 view was no more but to betray Olga’s rights and to put on record some form of cover for Adam
15 Horsburgh CEO.

17 Let me make something very clear, if Olga’s health further deteriorates that she may die while in
18 Austin Hospital I would very likely pursue MANSLAUGHTER charges, etc.

20 I spend since 29 November 2023 (when Banyule City Council staff trespassed – by climbing
21 over a fence on our property and banged on the backdoor that Olga got the freight of her life that
22 someone was trying to break into our property and then lost her ability to balance herself, etc.)
23 considerable time and effort to care for Olga as after all that is what a husband is for!

25 Olga’s GP Dr Tan is a doctor second to none, and the same with cardiologist Dr Rayoo. At times
26 Olga has problems to get to a doctor and both also showed understanding to change
27 appointments dates for this also. On Saturday 22 June 2024 my concern was the fluid build up in
28 Olga’s legs and I raised the issue with Olga that we may need to increase the Burinex to 2 tablets
29 a day, however as Olga has heart failure and other comorbidities, such as stage 3 kidney issues, I
30 held it better we consulted a medical doctor (not some VETERINARIAN!!!!) and hence on
31 Sunday 23 June 2024 presented Olga to Austin Hospital Emergency. Well waiting 4½ hours to
32 get to a doctor (Considering Olga suffers from heart failure and that is a major issue regarding
33 the fluid build-up) hardly in my view shows competence in management, but there is more.

35 Both Dr Tan and Dr Rayoo have been involved in what medication Olga should be on as well as
36 the regime in when to take what medication. Olga, for this had her hand written notes copied
37 from this and so strictly followed this regime.

39 While, Olga since Sunday 23 June 2024 has been in Austin Hospital and on Sunday 23 June
40 2024 the doctor in Emergency copied Olga’s list, and the Pharmacist also had the list in her
41 hand’s days later and also the head nurse in the Ward scanned the same documents, including
42 Olga’s blood pressure reading, weight, fluid consumption, etc, somehow the regime of
43 medication had been ignored.

1 Today, Saturday 29 June 2024 I was again at Olga’s bed side and the nurse who attend to that
2 area noticing Olga was going to the toilet offered her assistance, however I explained it was all
3 right for me to do so. I was able to get Olga, with some assistance to hold her weight, to slowly
4 walk to the toilet (about 8 metres) and after that she brushed her teeth at the basin (regarding
5 which she asked me to stand behind her and support her) she then used the toilet. On the way
6 back to her bed she was able to walk slowly with holding onto my hands but I didn’t need to
7 hold her weight. I did explain to the nurse who had offered assistance that I have been caring for
8 Olga for about 7 months and that by assisting Olga I was able to ascertain if Olga was getting
9 better or not. She understood what I explained.

11 I asked for a doctor to attend to Olga’s bed side and the same I think intern doctor attended, and
12 when I raised the issue about the mask, he made known I had stated that before.
13 Well, yes, I repeated this again but he obviously didn’t care or didn’t bother to do anything about
14 it, so I pointed out that I had now put sign on Olga’s bed showing the following:

4 I placed one of the documents on the notice board, one on the bed head and one on the footing,
5 as well as gave on to the head nurse for Olga’s file and also a list of links to the internet
6 alternatives regarding any stents!

1 However, after Olga was changed to another location, I had to again write down the details, and
2 this shows an ignorance to transfer details when a patient is transferred to another location.

9 A doctor attended to Olga’s bedside before I arrived and Olga understood he was referring to a
10 stent. She made clear that he was a very friendly doctor but the stent issue really cot her
11 frightened. She may have misunderstood matters but that is the problem that due to her stay in
12 Austin health her hearing seems to have suffered and with the changing of the locations
13 important details were not placed on the notice board (as I had to do it again) means that a doctor
14 may be unaware of needing me to be there to ensure no misconceptions arise. Whit the intern
15 doctor previously making know that they do not check on the computer then this I view is a very
16 serious management problem also.

18 Olga cannot have any dye being used, and while this doctor as I understand it from Olga referred
19 to a different die possible being used this however would not be acceptable as there other issues
20 also to be considered.

22 Olga has a problem with any anastatic being used as some years ago she nearly died!

10 week that Olga was admitted and somehow the medical team seem to have no clue what to do!

29 Now let it be clear that that any conduct without my permission will be a violation of Olga’s
30 legal rights as she specifically provided me with Medical authority (and Marisa is well aware of
31 this), and more than 2 decades ago Olga through her lawyers provided me with Enduring Power
32 of attorney and as such I am legally obligated to pursue Olga’s best interest and wellbeing as
33 well have the right to pursue this.

35 After she was in bed (having been to the bathroom) she asked me to come closer than the about
36 half a meter I was sitting in a chair near her, as she couldn’t hear me. So I did.
37 Olga, was previously by Dr Tan referred for a hearing test and it was made known that Olga’s
38 hearing was at about 50% normal for her age.
39 However, since Olga has been staying in Austin Hospital it appears to me her hearing has gone
40 down drastically.
41 In my view the stress on Olga being in Austin Hospital has much to do with it.

43 I at occasions indicated to nurses that Olga and at times myself had not a clue what they were
44 saying but each time they responded that they were not permitted to remove their mask because
45 of hospital policy.

47 Now let me something very clear, I gained in overall great respect for the nurses and some
48 doctors and I can understand that they are no more but acting as being told, however, yet again
49 we have gross mismanagement. Besides the utter and sheer nonsense of having a diaper over
50 once face even the Department of Health website makes clear that for communication purposes a
51 person can remove a mask where the other person has difficulties to understand what is stated.
52 Yet, when it comes to Austin Hospital I could not locate any signage to inform staff that they are
53 entitled to remove a mask when it comes to communication issues.

1 I make it very clear that if a person desires to be a fool to wear a mask for their covid cult god
2 then well they are only harming themselves but when it comes to communication, they have the
3 obligation to ensure that whatever they desire to convey to another person is audible to that other
4 person and again the Department of Health already in 2020 on its website made clear that
5 removal of mask is appropriate in certain circumstances. Also, for a person who cannot wear a
6 mask for health reasons they do not have to wear a mask. Further, that no person is required to
7 prove to someone else not to wear a mask for health reasons. In the end a court of competent
8 jurisdiction may require a defendant to prove something, but no other person can do so.

10 While Olga’s weight has gone down to about 57 kilograms, this I understand is because of the
11 increase of the Burinex which I could have done at home was it not that Olga and myself held it
12 better to consult a medical doctor first because of that she is a heart failure patient and suffers
13 from other comorbidities, including stage 3 kidney failure.
14 Because I assist Olga at Austin Hospital to walk to and from the bathroom I by this van gauge if
15 she is improving or not. And my view is that she is deteriorating, as she is more and more getting
16 worse. Whereas before she could stand freely on her own brushing her teeth, etc, now she
17 needed me to hold her for stability. That is a drastic deterioration. She also has stiffness in her
18 legs, which I assume could be because of the lack of movement outside the bed, and hence the
19 short walk at least does her good.
20 Olga further hearing loss I view is due to the fear and stress that they might pursue a stent, dye,
21 operation, etc, even so I made clear that without my authority nothing can be done!
22 Olga wanted to go home days ago but when wound nurse MEI raised the blood pressure issue
23 Olga accepted this is critical, however days after day passed and somehow the medical team
24 seems to be vague and aloof about what can be done. Olga doesn’t want this to go on for weeks
25 or months as after all she has a right to competent medical care without undue delays!

11 finger on it, so I have to open it when I am there. Somehow management doesn’t seem to grasp
12 that a patient should be able to open a satchel without cutting a finger!

18 I will now refer to communication with Marisa seemingly who acts on behalf of Adam
19 Horsburgh CEO and what I consider utter and sheer nonsense of her response that Olga is doing
20 well (I understand Olga is going well. This is great news.)! It disregards totally what I wrote about and I
21 understand from Olga that Marisa never attended to her bedside and so seemed to merely place
22 something on record so if there is an investigation it may be a cover up!

24 As Olga makes clear she could have stayed home and take the tablets and not spend at huge cost
25 to taxpayers about a week in hospital. After all, what she needed was proper medical attention to
26 the blood circulation problem due to her heart failure, kidney issues, etc, and that somehow will
27 be not addressed in a week! Well, as Olga was daily taking blood pressure readings, measuring
28 her weight, and her intake of fluids, then merely waiting in hospital until finally some competent
29 medical team might bother to address the real issues hardly justify the stress Olga is caused to
30 endure. Hence, she wants to go home and indicated that if by Tuesday the medical team is still
31 fumbling around then well she no longer desires to be subjected to this torture to stay in such
32 incompetent medical care!

11 The WHO (World Health Organisation) Director-General is a VETERINRIAN I view not
12 medically competent to dictate hospital policies as eventuated during the "covid scam", this
13 even so hospitals were nevertheless enforcing his directions.

15 I did file with the "Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission" a criminal
16 COMPLAINT and below I will indicate some issues.

18 In my view medical doctors are to deal with human illnesses and NEVER should be
19 dictated by some VETERINARIAN how to deal with human illnesses/diseases. As it
20 appears that nevertheless the medical profession went along to implement conditions of a
21 VETERINARIAN then I view this ought to be properly investigated as a criminal issue.

23 Olga was denied proper medical care when needed and even when she was directed by
24 Austin Hospital staff to attend to the Emergency Department, when she did she was to
25 stand on the footpath for a supped medical checkup, which I view violates appropriate
26 medical conduct.

28 In fairness the same nonsense was played out in a Bundoora medical Centre where a
29 woman on the footpath had to lift up her clothing for the doctor to medical examine her!!!!
30 I took photos of that incident and provided it to the AFP! As such not fabricating this
31 incident!

33 Olga is in fear that any hospital may rather try to kill her and that is obviously of concern.

37 A receptionist of an eye doctor was given the option to have a cancer treatment by having
38 the FAKE covid jab or no cancer treatment. She gave me the understanding she would
39 never accept the jab, however afterwards made known she was forced into it, but that she
40 was now in remission. Well, not long thereafter I was informed that she had died from a
41 turbo cancer spreading around her body.

43 I have a 41-year-old son who was forced/coerced to have 2 jabs or lose his job. After that
44 the company downsized ans my son lost his job/ anyhow. Now he was about 2 months ago
45 given a time to live of about 2 months to 2 years and if he has another medical episode it

28 As for any medical doctor to establish if a patient suffers from the ALLEGED covid-19
29 disease or not then one has to consider also the following, which means that without proper
30 blood test, and other relevant testing a medical doctor would be in my view like playing
31 Tattslotto, and more than likely may leavea patient with the wrong medical care that the
32 patient may require!

46 Olga is today attending to her cardiologist. who 3 weeks ago made known that Olga's
47 heart pumps at about 30% and her valves are leaking but she is too weak for any operation
48 and all that can be done is to change a bit of the medication to make her life as comfortable
49 as possible. Quality of life rather than quantity of life.

1 After I arrived, on Friday 28-6-2024 the Ward doctor attended (as arranged prior) but he
2 basically was to tell me that Olga would remain in hospital but didn't know what was going
3 to happen as that was for the medical team to decide.
4 I repeated that someone again put a mask for Olga to put on and that it should be on the
5 computer, after which his response appeared to be that they do not look at the computer.
6 This in relation to when Olga refused to wear the mask (having also exemption) and there
7 was then a deliberation between staff if the scanning would go ahead because Olga refused
8 to wear the mask!
9 So, what a VETERINARIAN (WHO) dictated somehow seems to overrule the medical
10 exemption?

12 Well, Olga's health is deteriorating further and she indicated to me she wanted to go home
13 as it
14 I understand from Olga that the kidney specialist attended in the afternoon of Friday 28-6-
15 2024 and Olga understood from Dr Mohammed that what the medical team had planned
16 was very dangerous to Olga, and if the dye was used on Olga she could be ending up on a
17 dialysis machine for the rest of her life!

28 to Olga as obviously the current medical tream seems not to grasp how serious matters are.
29 Olga's stress levels are increasing and with her heart failure it could kill her.

33 Considering that Olga was admitted on Saturday 23 June 2024, and as today had no proper
34 medical care to address the blood flow restrictions at all, and other than the taking of scans
35 then I view Adam better get of his backside and ensure a medical team is allocated to Olga
36 that has the competence to deal with Olga's medical issues.
37 The current medical team to me seems to lack the competence to do so.

39 I was given the understanding by Olga that unbeknown to her she was placed on a fasting
40 requirement. Olga had left items on her trolley so that after the scan she could have them,
41 as she does at times, even if not needing to fast, but the food was removed without anyone
42 asking her if that was ok. I was delayed and when I arrived at about 17.15 Olga explained
43 she was hungry as she had nothing to eat. What kind of system is that where a patient gets
44 nothing to eat and no one telling her why?

46 And, let us not ignore the fact that the doctor on Sunday 23 June 2024 asked to be allowed
47 to scan Olgas personal records, and this was accepted. Only the documents were not (likely
48 in error then) returned to Olga. Then as I wrote at Ward7East they refused to give the
49 documents back until they had also scanned the documents. And the pharmacist also had
50 Olga's documents in her possession before that.

1 No this is not merely some repeat, as it is essential to be aware that on at least 3 different
2 occasions Austin Hospital had persons having Olga's personal documentation including the
3 list of medication and when they needed to be taken.

5 Today, I was given the understanding by Olga that she is not being provided with her
6 medication as prescribed by her doctor Dr Tan sand they are given to her in whatever way
7 a nurse has the details on the computer.
8 Now what kind of system is that where on 3 different occasions staff has Olga's listed
9 medication and how to take them and this is blatantly ignored and she is then given the
10 medication in violation of how it was prescribed by Dr Tan (GP), Dr Rayoo (cardiologist),
11 etc, without any consultation with Olga and/or myself.

13 This too causes unduly additional stress to Olga and again let Adam get of his backside and
14 show he actually has some ability to manage matters as contrary to your expressed views
15 Olga is deteriorating.
16 It might seem nice to have your comment on the records as if for any investigation this
17 may seek to cover for Adam, but I spend decades at Bar tables in the courts to recognize
18 this possible ploy!

24 of blood flow and I view there can be no excuse of claiming not to know!

27 down and I understood from Olga no one had done any such measuring, merely measure
28 her weight.

30 While the medical team might be claiming it is busy, as some excuse, that to me is no
31 excuse, as not having established after nearly a week any proper care management plan
32 while Olga continues to suffer never can be an excuse.

35 this now clearly appears to have been underlined by Dr Mohammed. Olga did make known
36 he was a very nice man and showed real concern that the medical team had planned
37 something that would be harmful to Olga.

20 internet so that without any stents they can commence to actually provide Olga with the
21 appropriate medical care that she needs and is entitled upon.

23 Also, I placed by Olga a unisex urinal which did cost me (including home delivery) a
24 whopping $2.87! Yes, this might be by far out of the budget of Austin Health? Rather than
25 Olga having to wait for a nurse to be able to provide a pan for her to empty her bladder and
26 then having to sit on it until a nurse can assist for her to get off it, often at a lot of pain, I
27 held that a mere $2.87 was worth it to seek to reduce the stress. OK a nurse who saw the
28 unisex urinal gave me the understanding she had never known they existed (for females)!
29 Come to think of it, if Austin Health were to spend a whopping $2.87 it may actually
30 reduce the workload on nurses also!

32 It is important that I do get some real positive feedback and not just some comment that
33 clearly was out of Wack considering what is really going on. You cannot claim "I
34 understand Olga is going well. This is great news." when this is contrary to what I wrote
35 about!

37 Now, let Adam show he actually is competent enough to manage matters regarding Olga
38 because if he fails and it may cost Olga's life, I can assure you he will be held legally
39 accountable!

38 I have stated my concerns in my writings and without seeking to minimize those concerns
39 a major issue is that the medical team failed to address the issue of blood blockage and
40 were discharging Olga on Wednesday when MEI the wound nurse alerted us about the
41 lack of blood flow, etc.
42 I just had a doctor of Austin Hospital calling me over the mobile and I explained that due
43 to hearing disability I have a problem communicating orally via mobile and would be
44 attending to the hospital at about 5 pm. I cannot continue to have huge parking fees and so
45 limited to when I can attend to Olga. I made this known but Austin refuses any reasonable
46 assistance.
47 Olga has a problem with Vertigo and since early December 2023 I have been there for her.
48 This means she knows me and trust me and then is able to deal with it to even walk

1 whereas with nursing staff there is no such trust and as result she has not the needed
2 exercise and neither the ability to use the toilet as desired.
3 Moreover, the medical team seems to ignore any reasonable communication as to Olga's
4 planned medical care and a doctor merely stated "It is on computer" which is like me
5 telling you "I got on computer" and then somehow you know precisely what I decided
6 unilaterally! Olga made known to me that ass she is having tablets that does affect also her
7 ability to absorb whatever is stated to her and as such she desires me to be dealing with
8 matters, knowing I discuss issues with her.
9 We were "told" that the medical team is considering a stent, and this without having
10 bothered to discus this with us at all and Olga made known to me that she had previous
11 doctors advising against using a stent. I do not know why they did so and I view the
12 medical team neither would have known this and couldn't have considered any such issue
13 by 9.15am today not having obtained other doctors views why they made their
14 recommendations at the time.
15 As with at the Short Stay Unit Olga wanted me to remain with her but that is not possible
16 at 7East9 and obviously the issue is why can she not be staying at Short Stay Unit waiting
17 for the medical team to work out things with us?
18 For Olga having me being with her makes a considerable difference to her wellbeing and
19 the current distress caused by the condition in Austin Hospital may in any event prevent
20 any medical treatment planned (without or without our input) and so Austin Hospital is
21 only causing further to undermine Olga's health.
22 the nonsense that if I was a designated "carer" somehow would allow me to have free
23 parking and being able to stay is precisely that, nonsense, as Olga needs my support and
24 the nurses are well aware of the difference of me being there with Olga versus not being
25 there.
26 I make it very clear that I do not seek to level any accusations against the nursing staff
27 because they in the circumstances are doing their best, but it seems to me that the medical
28 staff (the doctors) have been failing miserably!
29 It is not that somehow I seek Olga to leave Austin Hospital against knowing better, as
30 already had prepared Olga that she may stay the weekend, etc, due to the risk of the blood
31 flow issues but the problem is a lack of proper communication by the medical team. On
32 Wednesday they did listen but they do not engage in a so to say deliberation, and so it is
33 like walking to a concrete wall. it by this prevent Olga to get some understanding what the
34 medical team is about. Indeed, yesterday a doctor gave me the understanding they do not
35 know as yet what to do. So, Olga has been in Austin Hospital since Sunday 23 June 2024
36 and the medical team really have no clue other then what the wound nurse MEI warned
37 about? Perhaps MEI would do better to be in charge?
38 Currently it appears to both Olga and myself that Olga's health is regressing, rather than
39 improving, and it seems there is a lack of proper management to address this and/or willing
40 to address this!
41 In my view, it is a very serious issue that the very reason Olga attended to Austin Hospital
42 was ignored by the doctors and was it not for wound nurse MEI Olga would have gone
43 home on Wednesday not having had any proper medical care for what she in the first place
44 attended to Austin Hospital for.
45 The fact that Olga was assaulted by a nurse, or whatever that person was in position, on her
46 way from Short Stay Unit to Ward7East9 and again a person tried so on Thursday with a
47 mask only Olga making clear she was exempted, may underline that there is a disregard of
48 proper record keeping and/or a disregard of this. Indeed, when the pharmacist went
49 phoning around to chemist what they were providing to Olga, even so Dr Tan had in
50 December 2023 provided a referral to Austin Health listing all medications, may underline
51 that Austin Health has major internal problems, this also underlined with Emergency (on

1 Sunday) having been permitted to scan Olga's personal records and yet on Wednesday
2 Ward7 claimed not to have any such scan records and had to scan details again, refusing to
3 hand the documents back until after canning again.
4 So much more but clearly in the overall it has become a disaster and Olga reminded me
5 that she had to me expressed reservations against going to Austin Health in the first place
6 due to past bad experiences and well it proved Austin Health has continued this. Because I
7 held that Olga needed to have a doctor involved as to possible increase the Burinex
8 considering her heart failure, etc, she accepted to go to Austin Health but in a way she
9 regretted doing so considering how disastrously it turned out to be. Her foot blisters were
10 essentially ignored from onset and so any possible blood flow or the lack thereof!
11 Again: We were informed that Olga was discharged (on Wednesday) and
12 then MEI (wound nurse) turned up and asked if she could change the bandage on Olga
13 before we were leaving, this we accepted. Had MEI not done so, and warned about the
14 lack of blood flow, Olga would have left without the now acknowledged need for further
15 medical care!
16 Medical staff may deem themselves to be more qualified then me due to their medical
17 training, but as long as they walk about with a mouth nappy because this was ordered by
18 the VETERINARIAN (WHO) and Austin Health CEO complies with the directions of
19 a VETERIANARIAN then I view I am in that regard more qualified then they are!

22 Why have doctors being educated at medical schools when in the end they comply with the
23 unqualified directions of a VETERIANARIAN?
24 In my view Adam Horsburg CEO should have known better in view of my extensive
25 writings in the past which proved I was correct all along, and so ignoring to address the
26 issues and continue the same disastrously conduct cannot be excused, certainly where Olga
27 ends up to be the victim!

1 In my view a comprehensive investigation should be conducted as to why Olga was denied

2 proper medical care, etc. it doesn’t reflect what the links referred to above indicates/reflects
3 about Adam Horsburgh CEO!

5 Taxpayers are entitled to know why taxation is used in such manner and somehow medical care
6 unduly is dragged out. The lack of so to say roundtable discussion between the medical team and
7 Olga (so myself) that somehow bit by bit the medical team is learning about Olga’s allergies and
8 so cannot get head or toe about what to do may underlines that this critical required
9 communication is an important part missing.

11 Olga is very disappointed that Marisa ended up to what appears to be a betrayal to her by
12 claiming that it is going well!

14 We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
