COMMON PROBLEMS AND HOW TO FIX THEM
1. Purse
2. Buttons
3. Screen
4. Bombs
1. Wallet
a) When entering coins they get stuck.
1. To correct the error of stuck coins, we must turn off the machine. Inside the machine box, the purse has a door
that opens to the right side. When you open the door, you can see all the coins inside and you can take them
out. manual way.
b) My wallet doesn't read coins
1. Check that there are no objects that obstruct the correct passage of the coins, for example: cotton, dirt, paint, etc.
2. Check the back of the purse, it has a harness with 3 cables: black, red and white, this should be well connected to
the purse.
3. Clean by opening the door of the purse and applying esprit electronic component cleaner.
Connect the machine again and verify that the coin purse is working properly.
c) The wallet does not recognize new or shiny coins: it is common for the lens of the wallet to have difficulty
recognizing very shiny or new coins since it is as if only a mirror was passing through the lens of the wallet. It is
recommended to enter currencies without these characteristics.
Buttons
a) Pressing a button does not make changes to the screen, it does not indicate “PRODUCT AVAILABLE”
1. Check the button is not loose, that is, that the button is screwed correctly. On the back they have a nut that, when
properly pressed, gives firmness to the button.

2. Verify that the button body is well fitted with the micro switch/button body. If you turn the micro switch to the right you
tighten it and turning it to the left loosens it.
3. Check that all the terminals are correctly connected to the micro switch. The terminals on the sides are for the lights
and the terminals on the back and top are for the button operation.

b) Hard button
1. When a button is hard or does not perform its pressing function, do the following: unscrew the micro switch from the body of the
button and apply esprit, loosen everything both outside and inside the button, press it without the micro switch repeatedly and
Reconnect the micro switch that way it will be smoother.
Screen
2. Check that the machine is connected to an outlet where only the machine and its pumps are plugged in.

4. In thick products it is common that the pump head can become clogged and this prevents the
normal product flow. For which we must carry out maintenance that is detailed in the following link.
https://youtu.be/xN64HJD-dNQ s
It is recommended not to use flammable products, creolin, extremely corrosive products or very viscous products such as gels since
this considerably reduces the life time of the pumps.
