Q: About the NGO: Bajaj Foundation?

​A:The Bajaj Foundation is an NGO registered under the Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013
with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). We are further certified by MCA for Conducting
CSR Activity as per CSR-1. The Foundation is also registered under section 80G & 12A of the
Income Tax Act, 1961 since 2013 and recognised by NITI Aayog as well.

A: At the heart of our mission lies the profound ethos of 'Ek Sansaar, Ek Parivaar' - One
world, One family. This guiding principle encapsulates the essence of our endeavors,
reflecting our unwavering commitment to tackling the intricate tapestry of challenges
within India with a spirit of unity and cooperation.

Vision- Recognizing that e-waste is the fastest-growing stream of waste in Asia, our
focus over the past year has been on addressing this pressing issue through awareness,
advocacy & action

Q:About the Founder of Bajaj Foundation?

A: Pankaj Bajaj - Founder
Driven by a vision of a sustainable and compassionate world, Pankaj founded Bajaj
Foundation to turn his passion for positive change into tangible action. His innate desire
to impact society was cultivated at a young age, nurtured by his family and mentors
during his education. A pivotal culmination emerged after his tenure at Harvard
Business School, leading to the establishment of the Bajaj Foundation, a not-for-profit &
Independent organization,modeled for impactful philanthropy.

Over the last two decades, he has reshaped traditional business contours by merging
entrepreneurship with tangible societal progress, all while advancing human welfare,
animal rights, and environmental conservation.His dedication to multicultural inclusion
and expression led him to co-found the Friends of Art Trust, a forum that works on
causes of performing arts & artists. Mr. Bajaj has passionately championed the creation
of platforms for exposure & livelihood such as the Contemporary Arts Week and
Mentorship Residency for upcoming artists.
