AIR CURTAIN SAFETY OLEFIN! air curtains have reliable multi-level overheat protection, both for chassis and electric heater itself. There are 3 to 6 PTC thermostats, each one safeguarding a unique heating element. These thermostats wil stop heating if temperature rises above 65 °C. Industrial plastic deformation starts at 180 C, and at 110-130°C plastic retains its full structural strength. In addition, when turing the air curtain of, the fan will continue to work until heater is completely cooled this is our socalled DELAY operation which protects the unit heate' from ovetheating and thus causing damage tothe device. New air curtain models (S and P series) have Stitched Wire electric heater (SWEH), which gets cold instantly (large surface area). SWEH never burn or overheat, even if power is suddenly turmed off These units have an extra safety system of 3 to 6 thermal fuses one for each heating element. UNIT OPERATION Al OLEFIN! Simple, MINI, “S" Series and Plastic Models are supplied with Control Switches on a Control Panel attached on the unit. Control panel mounting isa very simple operation for OLEFINI air curtains. ll Heated units, Electrically and Water, are supplied with our New wall mounted Remote Control. It has a builtin photodetector, and can operate together with infrared remote control which can be ordered as an extra, With this Remote Control user as the ability to drive more one unit with one Control. You can connect the Control to one unit and connec all the others with a simple phone cable and drive them altogether.
