II. RATIONALE:

Due to the higher incidence of traffic accidents in our region of Puno, it is

necessary to implement prevention measures and raise awareness
among the population of the IES educational community. Industrial No.
32 of Puno and taking advantage of the PRONACESVI training during
this year.

III. LEGAL BASES :

3.1. General Education Law No. 28044.

3.2. Supreme Decree No. 010-96-MTC modified by DS N° 024-2001-
MTC and N° 023-2008-MTC, which creates the National Road
Safety Council.
3.3. Supreme Decree No. 008-2009-ED, which creates the National
Road Safety Education Training Program.
3.4. RD No. 0343-2010-ED, approve the regulations for the
development of Tutoring and Educational Guidance actions.
3.5. Directive No. 014-2012 MINEDU/VMGP Standards and guidelines
for the development of the 2013 school year for Basic Education.
IV. GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Promote and strengthen the development of significant activities,

encouraging respect for traffic rules and assuming citizen responsibilities
for road safety.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

a. Form the school road safety education brigade.

b. Raise awareness among students and teachers in the exercise of
responsible citizenship and road safety education.
c. Pragmatize traffic signs and road safety regulations in the thematic
playground.

V. GOAL:

School population of the IES Industrial No. 32, in total 862.

VI. RESOURCES:

HUMANS: Managers, Hierarchies, Teachers, Students and parents.

MATERIALS: Cardboard, Markers, Bond Paper, Colored Paints,

Brushes, Thiner, Rulers, Tubes, etc.

FINANCIAL: Management, Municipality and PRONACESVI.
