Plot No, 25, EPIP, Phase II , Village Thane, PO Bhud, Tehsil Baddi Distt, Solan HP

Mr. Rajesh Yadav, designated as Managing Director, having PAN No.

hereby validate our status as an authorized Manufacturer for Zywie Ventures Private
Limited hereinafter referred to as the "Company," with its registered address at
Ground Floor, Plot No. 57, Industrial Area Phase-1, Chandigarh-160002.

We hereby declare and undertake that all finished products and raw materials used in
the manufacturing of "Metabolic ACV Moringa- Green Apple Flavour"
(“Product”) supplied to the Company are tested internally and/or by third party
laboratories in relation to Chemical, Microbiological, Heavy Metals and Pesticide
Contaminants in food products, in accordance with the regulations prescribed by the
Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.

Furthermore, We declare that the Product is certified as Gluten Free, Soy Free, Non-
GMO, and does not contain any Artificial Color, Flavor, Sweetener, and/or
Preservatives.

We confirm that the product is manufactured in compliance with the applicable Good
Manufacturing Practices.

We hereby declare and undertake that the product supplied to the Company is safe for
consumption and comply with the applicable laws and regulations. We shall
indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, losses, or
liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or consumption of the
aforementioned Product.

We acknowledge and affirm that this undertaking cum declaration, when executed
through physical,electronic, or digital tools, or by means of a pasted image, shall be
considered legally valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable
law.

This undertaking cum declaration shall be governed by and construed in accordance

with the laws of India.
