The Work Plan, of the IEST Morropón Technical Nursing Study Program,
is the normative technical document of institutional management that formalizes its
organization and guides the institutional effort to achieve its mission, vision and
objectives. It contains the scheduled and systematized activities to be carried out
by the Coordination of the Academic Area of Technical Nursing, in the academic
semester I and II- 2021.

This regulatory document will allow us to improve our work and


consequently improve and adapt teaching modalities through remote means with
virtual platforms for the development of educational competencies; established by
the Covid 19 pandemic.

The service provided by the Institution allows us to achieve the goals and
objectives set. It describes the activities and tasks to be carried out in the current
academic semester I and II, in coordination with the teachers of the Study
Program, from whom active participation is expected that will make their normal
development possible in an efficient manner.

Its preparation was in charge of the Coordination of the Academic Area


of the Technical Nursing Study Program, which will assume the full commitment
that all the scheduled activities are fulfilled, with the support of the Head of the
Academic Unit and the Management of our Institute.

e. MISSION.

“Train technical professionals within the framework of the health emergency, in the
non-face-to-face or remote modality, providing quality training experiences in
Agricultural Production and Technical Nursing, with ethical and humanistic
principles, contributing to the development of the Morropón District and the Piura
Region.”

f. VISION.
In 2025, the Public Technological Higher Education Institute “MORROPON” will
position itself as a leader in technological higher education, training competent
technical professionals with the capacity to manage health emergencies, who
constitute active actors in the economic, social and environmental development of
its area of influence.

g. VALUES
Values: they support and guide individual and group behavior. They are
evidenced by the attitudes of people in different acts of their lives. At the Morropon
Public Higher Education Institute, the practice of the following values will be

 Propose and develop activities that allow the objectives of the PAT to be

2. Improve the educational quality of students, having the ideal professionals


for each technical nursing study program.

3. Acquire modern equipment; smart board, multimedia cannons, software, for


laboratories: simulators.

4. Have trained teachers.

5. Train competent technical professionals.

6. Acquire lecterns for each classroom. (Horizontal plane).

7. Articulate and plan vocational training with labor demand.

8. Plan a competency-based curriculum articulated to job demand.

9. Develop and apply an agile educational system that ensures the quality of
the students and Monitoring the graduate's job placement.

10. Develop and execute training and teacher updating plans in technological
and methodological areas.

11. Establish and develop training based on competencies articulated to Labor


demand.

The attention goals for the current year 2021 are a total of 213 students. In the

V. FOLLOW-UP

b. Assessment
Evaluation is a process that is immersed in all the stages highlighted in the
plan, since it involves making an observation of the educational reality, which
leads to the investigation of measurement options and their implementation.
In the evaluation of the annual work plan, the various programmed actions,
their achievement or progress and the responsibility demonstrated by the
operating team will be taken into account, qualitatively and quantitatively, as
