on NH-44, linking directly to the Hyderabad airport and in close proximity to neighboring villages. This
advantageous location provides us with a competitive edge over other hospitals.

In Hyderabad, where there are a total of 915 hospitals, our hospital distinguishes itself. Within a 5-
kilometer radius, approximately 10 hospitals offer various services. However, Mythri Hospital uniquely
carves out a niche by specializing in the comprehensive treatment of cancer. Our hospital offers a three-
tier medical facility, characterized by advanced medical treatments, top-notch medical examinations,
highly skilled medical personnel, state-of-the-art machinery, and modern infrastructure.

Our hospital distinguishes itself by prioritizing personalized and comprehensive healthcare, with a specific
emphasis on cancer treatment. Equipped with advanced facilities, our commitment to affordability ensures

Our hospital, situated along NH-44, enjoys connectivity to Bangalore and NH-65, which connects to

accommodates a population of 10 lakhs, comprising approximately 2 lakhs of households. This is the USP
of our hospital.

Crystal Hospital (Unit of Mythri LLP) is on a mission to address the pressing issue of Cancer by
establishing itself as a premier super-specialty hospital with a unique focus on providing affordable Cancer
treatment. The hospital aims to redefine the medical landscape through its comprehensive array of services,
including Oncology, Gastroenterology, Transplantation of Liver and kidney, Critical Care, Neurology and
neurosurgery, Vascular Care, and Robotic Surgery.

In the field of Oncology, Crystal Hospital is assembling a top-tier team of professionals dedicated to
combating cancer comprehensively. With cutting-edge facilities in radiation oncology, surgical oncology,
and medical oncology, the hospital is set to raise the standards of cancer care. The goal is not only to

the incoming Chairman at Crystal Hospital (Unit of Mythri LLP).

Crystal Hospital (Unit of Mythri LLP) has implemented a targeted funding strategy specifically directed
towards the acquisition of cutting-edge medical machinery. With precision, we have secured a loan of
₹4,200 lakhs, equivalent to 70% of the total machinery investment’s exemplifying a calculated and
strategic approach to capital allocation.

This focused financing structure is designed to optimize the utilization of funds, aligning seamlessly with
our overarching objective of augmenting our medical capabilities. Our repayment plan for the machinery
loan is intricately crafted, accounting for anticipated cash flows generated by the upgraded medical
facilities. This meticulous approach not only ensures the prompt repayment of the loan but also maximizes
the efficiency of capital deployment for sustained growth and enhanced healthcare services.

Moreover, with an anticipated growth rate of patients at around 15%, we envision attaining profitability
by the end of the 4th year. This strategic foresight reinforces our commitment to sustained growth and the
delivery of enhanced healthcare services, aligning with our mission to provide quality care while ensuring
financial viability.

4. PAYBACK PERIOD

repayment for the hospital, notwithstanding the calculated Payback Period of 8.12 years. Our strategic

period, demonstrating a long-term commitment to healthcare infrastructure development in the
region.

3. Land Area: The project encompasses an expansive land area of 4,000 square yards, offering
ample space for a modern and comprehensive hospital facility.

BUILDING DETAILS
1. Total Construction Area: The hospital’s construction covers an impressive 200,000 square feet,
making it one of the largest healthcare facilities in the area.

2. Footplate Area: Approximately 140,000 square feet are allocated for the primary healthcare
infrastructure, including patient care units, diagnostic services, and treatment facilities.

3. Parking Area: With a dedicated area of 60,000 square feet for parking, the hospital ensures
convenient parking options for patients, visitors, and staff.

4. Estimated Project Value: The ambitious project boasts an estimated total value of around ₹ 92
