A. Pupils Development
 Checked the Learning Activity Sheets
 Participated in asynchronous classes
 Have learned the lessons on:
 Following 1-2 step directions
 Identifying different kinds of lines (vertical line, horizontal line, slanting
lines, right curve, left curve)
 Identifying members of the family

B. Teacher’s Development
 Participated the Face-to-Face Flag Ceremony.
 Made Daily Learning Plan and Monthly Accomplishment Report.
 Prepared learning modules for the learners during asynchronous classes.
 Had pre-conference with Mrs. Allen L. Noel for my COT 4.
 Had a teaching demonstration for COT 4 with my observer, Mrs. Allen l. Noel.

C. Physical Facilities/Learning Resources/Reproduction of other Learning Materials

 Regularly cleaning of the classroom’s surroundings.
 Maintained the cleanliness inside the classroom.

D. Community Linkage/Stakeholders Participation

 Constant communication and follow-up to parents for the learners’ development.

II.Other Accomplishments
 Successfully had my teaching demonstrated for COT 4.

III. Future Plans

 Teacher will prepare and finalize the school forms and other documents necessary
for the school year-end.
