Terms & Conditions: -
1. This quotation is based on the dimension, drawings /sketch provided to us. Any changes in design /sizes
will affect the pricing.
2. Itemized Average Price (Per Sq. Ft) are valid for a size variation of (+/-) 25mm only for the given design.
3. GST 18% EXTRA.
4. Freight from Factory to your destination will be payable unless same is added in above quote.
5. Any increase/decrease in the taxation will be charged/passed-on, as per prevailing rate at the time of
actual supply/billing. No notice of such change in taxes etc. shall be given during the execution of the project.
6. Payment terms 50 % advance along with Purchase Order and 50 % Before Dispatch From Our Works.
7. Power, scaffolding & storage facilities at site to be provided by buyer.
8. Validity of our offer prices are valid for 15 days from the date of offer.
9. Price Escalation: In case the project completion period as proposed by you delays on your part, additional
8 % of the total value will be charged by us as price escalation.
10. Cleaning of Aluminum windows / Glass will not be in our scope of work.
11. Order once placed, cannot be cancelled/altered.
12. No changes in the design / sizes are possible after fabrication of Windows/Doors.
13. Buyer has to provide clear & correct 90 deg. civil openings for installation.
14. Window civil opening size will be considered for the billing; window fabrication tolerance will be 5-6mm
from height & width.
15. We shall not be responsible for any damage/ breakage of materials once installed at site.
16. Our windows, Frames & Glasses when delivered & installed at your site are in clean condition. After
installation, in case frames, hardware & glass are scratched or dirty due to working at site such as HVAC,
civil contractors P.O.P & paint works it will not be our responsibility to clean the windows & glass. Any
replacement if required will be on chargeable basis.
17. Any cutting/ repair of R.C.C stone or brick work, flooring or plastering etc. for fixing the frame is not in our
work scope.
18. Any kind of MS work needed to be in Client's scope.
19. Glass used is AIS/ Saint Gobain specified by Alupure German (Processor Stamped).
20. Powder Coatings/ Solid color coatings are 60- 70 microns in thickness.
21. Aluminium used for fabrication is of T6 Grade as provided by Alupure German.
22. Door closers/ Door stoppers/ Machines are always separate and are not included in our quote.
23. Alupure German provides a complete 15-year system performance warranty.
24. The glass specification is as per customer's demand, which is clearly mentioned in the quotation. Glass
is a fragile item and prone to break in nature so there is no warranty or guarantee on glass after installation.
