3. Contribute to the training of researchers to deepen and

strengthen research activity in undergraduate, postgraduate and
extension under the concept of various approaches developed
towards the intellectual creation of educational training resources
(teaching materials, learning objects, courses), scientific
dissemination texts (degree works and promotions, theses,
presentations, dissertations, articles and research journals), reports
of extension projects, socio-integrative and socio-productive
projects, as well as artistic production prepared by members of the
university community, in agreement with the postulates of the main

4. Generate and disseminate knowledge that contributes to

strengthening specific areas of knowledge in the teaching, research
and extension fields of UNEFA, in which the lines and their
construction, production and intellectual creation are inserted,
which are expressed through the publication of magazines. digital
and printed, publication of theses, manuals, degree works, books,
event reports, bulletins, seminars, development of conferences,
among others; which allows the projection of the University at the
national and international level.

students, according to their academically required research level.
3. Carry out communal, municipal, regional, national and
international research events that impact economic and political
structures, strengthening the socio-productive model of the
nation.

4. Train innovative teachers and teachers on a permanent basis

through processes of systematization, research,

documentation and dissemination, to understand, reflect and
build collective knowledge that is based on social praxis.
5. Socialize and disseminate the intellectual creation of
educational training resources, scientific dissemination texts,
extension project reports, socio-integrative and socio-

NATIONAL INDEPENDENCE : It is the investigative purpose that
generates knowledge and innovations relevant to the defense,
expansion and consolidation of National independence to give
continuity and consolidate the Bolivarian Revolution, it is
associated with activities to obtain knowledge in the sovereign
management of National income, food sovereignty, sovereignty of
oil resources and strategic natural resources, development of
scientific and technological capabilities, national defensive power
and adaptation of the productive apparatus, infrastructure and
services of the State to satisfy the needs of the people, with the
purpose of knowing, know and learn about the institutions and
the context in which each group develops.

• CONSTRUCTION OF 21ST CENTURY SOCIALISM: It is the

educational purpose that aims to transform the economic system
in the transition to socialism, consolidating and expanding
Popular Power in the construction of a new society promoted from
the ethics of liberating values. Its purpose is to obtain knowledge
to know, understand and learn about the change in the economic
model and modes of production within the framework of the
Second Socialist National Development Plan for the social
economic development of the Nation. Creates Research and

management processes and the construction of a just and
egalitarian society.

• VENEZUELA COUNTRY POWER SOCIALLY, ECONOMICLY AND

POLITICALLY : Its purpose is to know and learn about the optimal
use of the potential offered by our resources in the consolidation
of Venezuela as a world energy power and the educational model
to be developed in response to the demands of Venezuelan
society and the formation of a zone of peace in Latin America and
the Caribbean. Promotes research and innovation that guarantees
the generation of a model of science, technology and innovation,
and its application to solve
specific problems of the country in the full exercise of National
sovereignty, expanding the defense of the Homeland
and
deepening the development of the new geopolitics

• DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW INTERNATIONAL POLICY : Strengthens,

develops and promotes knowledge about the mechanisms of
political coordination in the Inter-American and World systems
towards their comprehensive transformation, promoting the
construction of multicentric and pluripolar development. It
promotes integrative strategic research that contributes to the
dismantling of the neocolonial system of domination, interprets
technological knowledge at the service of the collective and
sponsors unity processes in spaces such as ALBA, UNASUR,
MERCOSUR and CELAC.

• PRESERVATION OF LIFE ON THE PLANET : Its research purpose is
the construction and promotion of an eco-socialist productive
economic model that protects the sovereignty of the state over its
natural resources. It studies the defense of the Venezuelan
historical and social heritage, its strategic oil and non-oil
resources, in the development of a comprehensive conservation
policy, sustainable and sustainable use, and the protection and
scientific dissemination of the country's biological diversity and
water reservoirs.
