A RESOLUTION AURHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL TREASURER ROSITA F. DELOS NIEVES

TO COLLECT FEES FOR BARANGAY CLEARANCE FOR BUSINESS PERMIT PURPOSES AND
LOCATION CLEARANCE PURSUANT TO DILG MC NO. 2019-177.

WHEREAS, in order for the LGU Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte to fully implement the automation
of the Business One Stop Shop and Zero – Contact Policy as mandated under R. A. No. 11032,
the Municipal Treasurer Rosita F. Delos Nieves requested the Punong Barangay to submit to
their office a copy of their Barangay Revenue Code and or an ordinance fixing fees for the
Barangay Clearance for the integration in their system and collection of Barangay Clearance;

WHEREAS, authorizing the Municipal Treasurer Rosita F. Delos Nieves to collect fees to the
Barangay Clearance in relation to the issuance of business permits would provide ease and
convenient to our businessmen in processing their business permit..

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Ranulfo P. Abil and unanimously seconded among the
august body ;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to authorize the Municipal Treasurer Rosita F. Delos

Nieves to collect Barangay Fees of Barangay Punta, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
