Strategic planning for human talent management is a set of strategies and methods that
help meet the objectives and goals established by organizations in a certain time, this
adds value to companies and allows them to achieve the desired success.

The strategic planning of human talent allows us to lead organizations to the progress
established by each of the members of the organization, in turn it is developed with the
