PHRASES FROM THE CITIZEN PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC HUGO RAFAEL
CHAVEZ FRIAS, AS SPEAKER OF ORDER, ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2001.

 I feel like one more dancer

 I receive the City of Dancers Order, as a commitment to fight against this Bolivarian
Andean people.
 When Bolívar saw these mountains and this water, he felt vindicated because his
descendants once again raised their flags of struggle in the face of oppression; And it
was like this, as History tells us, for the first time Bolivar was shouted on these roads as
Liberator, Liberator, and it was here in Bailadores where the word was born that led him
to be forever the Liberator not only of Venezuela but the Liberator of a world. , this was
how the 19th century was running and Bailadores joined the Revolution.
 As the National Government we are going to assume the construction of the IUTE
Headquarters Bailadores Extension, expansion of the U. AND. Dr. Gerònimo
Maldonado, the Asphalting of the Tovar-Bailadores-Las Playitas Highway; Acquisition
of land for the Construction of the Dancers' Indoor Gym.
 The true history of Bailadores is the true History of Venezuela.
 Bolívar has awakened in the heart of this Land of Dancers.
 We will continue to give all the support we can from the national government to
Bailadores to their people, to contribute to the Local Government headed by Dr. Carlos
Andrès Pèrez "El Bueno" and a team of men and women who make a lot of efforts, to
contribute with The Government of the State of Mèrida headed by the Revolutionary
Captain Florencio Porras Echezurìa, who also makes a lot of efforts to meet the many
needs accumulated for so long, you, you simply did not have a government and now we
will continue working at the pace of winners.
