RE:REQUEST TO HOLD A VARIETY SHOW AT SCHOOL

Considering Matters from previous minutes ,we the entertainment committee at luminary Foundation
Mission School request from your good office to hold this variety show .

We are proposing to hold this variety show on 5th of July 2024.The main purpose for this show is to raise
funds to allow the school do the Art works on the walls for printing on the school's vision ,goal and
mission statement.

As a committee,we had a consensus of k5 for entry fee and k5 for participation in any selected activities
of the show . This implies that a total of k10 will be paid by those who would want to view and engage in
participation.

We shall be grateful if our request is granted
