Job Summary:

The Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) General Manager is responsible for overseeing and
managing the entire MLM operations within the organization. This includes developing
strategies to drive sales, recruit and train distributors, and ensure compliance with company
policies and industry regulations. The MLM General Manager will work closely with other
departments to align marketing and sales efforts, improve distributor performance, and

Key Responsibilities:
