 POLICIES AND CONDITIONS
1. The prices for each boat are for the rental time, not per person.

2. The payment methods we only accept are: deposit, transfer or cash. At the moment we are not accepting payments with
credit or debit cards.

3. The date and time of the rental is in coordination with the client and their responsibility at the time of making the
reservation, since after this there will be no refunds. (No right to claim)

4. If the client cannot attend the agreed rental, they will lose their reservation. There are NO rescheduling except in cases of
force majeure as it would affect the scheduled agenda. (Ex: climate issue and other cases of force majeure that arise)

5. Clients who do not report problems when attending their rental on the relevant days will be considered compliant and if
they report their non-attendance on the same day, they will automatically lose the reservation without the right to
reschedule and must pay the remaining 50% of the rental as a penalty.

6. The client must arrive on time or minutes before the agreed time, since, once the time starts, the rental time will begin to
run until it ends. Except in exceptional cases where the company delays the boarding process to the boats, the time lost
will be returned to the client in their rental.

7. Boarding to the boats is only one, so the client must be with all their guests or complete companions to board.
Regarding ages: over 5 years old are counted as people when renting.

Regarding birthdays: if the client wants decoration, they can bring it and they will be helped to place it on the boat, at no
additional charge.
