Check speed and agility
1. Starting position: The participant stands behind the starting line .
2. Upon hearing the starting signal , you must run at maximum
speed the 10 meters that separate you from the other line; pick
up a cone and return to the starting line again and place the
cone upright ; This constitutes a cycle. In total 2 cycles are
carried out .
