I. TECHNICAL REPORT:
1. Aim:
Report the development of the fifth disinfection and deratization service carried out this month in all enabled
areas of the NATIONAL STADIUM , which seek to maintain the establishment in question in adequate
sanitary conditions, in accordance with the legal framework of the Health and Safety Law in the Job.
2. Scope:
Carry out environmental disinfection and deratization services in the authorized areas of the National
Stadium, to provide solutions to the health problems that exist in the facilities of the establishment in
question.
3. Legal Framework:
 RM-055-2020-TR Guide for the prevention of the COVID-19 coronavirus in the workplace DS N° 022-2001-
SA Health Regulations for Environmental Sanitation activities in Homes and Commercial and Industrial
Establishments and Services.
 RM No. 449-2001 – SA –DM Health Standards for disinfection, deratization, disinfestation, cleaning and
disinfection of water reservoirs, cleaning of environments and septic tanks.
 The General Health Law No. 26842, in chapter VII “On Hygiene and Safety in Work Environments”.
 The General Health Law No. 26842, in chapter VI “Of the substance of origin dangerous to health”.

4.7. Services performed:
4.7.1. 6th Deratization service:
- Inspection (preliminary): The technical staff went to the facilities of the National Stadium as established in
table N. º2- Execution schedule , upon arrival at the establishment, the identification of potential risks and
the respective control measures were carried out through the ATS.
- Deratization monitoring: The technician proceeded to monitor the tubular stations and replaced the
consumed rodenticide baits.
- Filling out OT: The technical staff recorded the activities carried out in the Technical Evaluation and
Description of Activities Sheet, finally delivering a copy to the client representative.
4.7.1.1. Observations found during service:
OBSERVATION: Total consumption of rodenticide bait was found in tubular stations No. 8 and 9.

CORRECTIVE ACTION: The rodenticide baits were replaced and the tubular stations were anchored.
OBSERVATION: Space was observed between the floor and the base of the central archive door that faces
Av. Expressway - east tribune.
RECIDENT/RAISED: Observation found since September 16, 2020
CORRECTIVE ACTION: It is recommended to place a rubber seal at the base of the door, to prevent the
entry of rodents from the external environment.

OBSERVATION: Accumulation of unnecessary elements in the communications warehouse located in the

south tribune - 3rd level.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: It is recommended to remove the observed elements to avoid harboring pests.
OBSERVATION: An underground duct without a protective cover was found located in the electrical
substation on the third floor of the west stand.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: It is recommended to place a protective cover to avoid the shelter of rodents and
subsequent gnawing of the electrical cables.

OBSERVATION: Partial consumption of rodenticide bait was found at tubular station No. 10 located in the
east stand.
CORRECTIVE ACTION: The rodenticide bait was changed and the tubular station was anchored in the same
area.
OBSERVATION: An accumulation of plastic was found under the east/north stand.

CORRECTIVE ACTION: It is recommended to place a protective channel to prevent the escape of pests.
OBSERVATION: The ceiling of the central archive was observed with missing tiles, which facilitates the
refuge of pests.

CORRECTIVE ACTION: It is recommended to place the missing tile to prevent rodents from harboring in
the crawl space.
4.7.2. 6th environment disinfection service
It is the control and inactivity at a safe level of pathogenic germs such as fungi, mites, bacteria and
environmental viruses that they produce.
- Inspection (preliminary): The technical staff went to the facilities of the National Stadium as
established in table N. º2- Execution schedule , upon arrival at the establishment, the identification of
potential risks and the respective control measures were carried out through the ATS.
- Dosage: The technician proceeded with the dosage of the disinfectant product to be used in
accordance with what is indicated in the technical sheet of the DMQ-RD disinfectant. No. 3365-2017-
DCEA- DIGESA- SA (10ml/ L H20) and in accordance with the application method and manufacturer's
instructions.
- Application: The technical staff applied the DMQ disinfectant using the spray and atomization
technique, in all areas to be treated, from top to bottom. At the end of the application, instructions
were left for the premises to remain closed for at least 1 hour.

5. CONCLUSION
- On Thursday, October 22 and Friday, October 30 of this year, the 6th environmental disinfection service of
the NATIONAL STADIUM was carried out satisfactorily.
- On Tuesday, October 20 of this year, the 6th deratization service of the NATIONAL STADIUM was carried
out satisfactorily.
6. RECOMMENDATIONS
- Eliminate entry/refuge points ; Place a protective cover on the electrical ducts, a protective cover
on the drain box and place the missing tile on the ceiling of the central file.
- Delete nesting points ; unnecessary elements found during the deratization service, in order to avoid the
nesting of pests.
- Carry out general floor cleaning and disinfection (1 Liter of H20/ 50 ml Sodium hypochlorite/bleach), due to
that rodents are carriers of various diseases (bubonic plague, rabies, among others).
- Post signs encouraging staying home when sick, cough and sneeze management protocol, and hand
hygiene at the entrance to the workplace and in other visible areas.
- Provide workers with tissues and trash cans lined with a plastic bag so they can be emptied without coming
into contact with the contents.
- Instruct workers to frequently wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or clean their
hands using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 70% alcohol per DS-003-2020-INACAL .
- Provide soap and water and alcohol-based hand sanitizers in various locations and in common areas to
encourage hand hygiene.

- Inform workers, contractors and customers that anyone with a mild cough or low-grade fever (37.3 C or
higher) should stay home. They should also stay home (or work from home) if they have had to take simple
medications, such as paracetamol/acetaminophen, ibuprofen or aspirin, which can mask the symptoms of
the infection.
