KRX / KRX4 Interactive Display

Firmware Update

 Step 1: Copy the files onto a USB flash drive (both “i2s-audio-patch-2x-3x-4x (1).pv1” and
“install”

 Step 2: Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port at the top left of the Interactive
Display’s dash cover, underneath of the upper storage cover lid for the dash

 Step 3: Power the Interactive Display on

 Step 4: Touch the “gear” icon for the settings menu
 Step 5: Touch the “Vehicle” icon
 Step 6: Touch the “Software Update” button
 Step 7: Touch the “i2s-audio-patch-2x-3x-4x (1).pv1” button
 Step 8: Touch the “OK” button on the notification for “Restart Required”
 You’ll immediately see a screen that quickly goes away showing:
 The screen will go blank and then reload the KRX image that you see when first turning on
the stereo.

 Once the KRX loading image goes away, you’ll see this loading progress bar:
  Once the loading bar finishes, you’ll see a notification that says “Rebooting in “X”
Seconds… Success

 Once the timer counts down, the system will reboot and the firmware has been updated

 Step 9: Remove the USB flash drive and you’re finished!
