Tulip Top
Pattern Intro:
Spring is a blooming season. This design was inspired by
flower buds that signal the change of the season. The Tulip
Top is designed to be worn on its own as a top or can be
layered over a T-shirt. Galileo, the sport weight yarn used
in this project, has a sheen, due to its partial composition
of viscose derived from bamboo. Decorative pearl buttons,
added to the back of the top as an option, provide
additional shimmer.

Pattern Intro-Techniques:
This top is worked back and forth in two pieces, from
the bottom up. Front and back are worked separately,
then seamed.

Special Stitches:
Double Crochet 4 Together (DC4tog)
YO, insert hook into indicated st, YO pull up a lp (3 lps on
hook), YO, pull through 2 lps, [YO, insert hook into next st,
