Lawyers of the Courts of the Dominican Republic, with a common professional
studio open on the first floor of the Castellanos Building, marked with number

damages due to a traffic accident, against Mr. BENITO MORE.

and Ten (2010), while Mr. MARCO GUTIERRE was walking along the sidewalk
of the Santiago-Tamboril Highway (Prolongación Avenida 27 de Febrero), from
East to West from the city of Santiago de los Caballeros, arriving in front of the
Hoya del Caimito School, he was run over by the closed Toyota truck, Plate No.
314-217, Chassis No.RH20V-062775, Registration No.392449, driven by Mr.
BENITO MORE , insured with COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS MORE, INC. ,
through Policy No. AUT-22456, which expired on the thirty-first (31st) day of
December of the year Two thousand Ten (2010), property of my requested.

SECOND: To initiate and conclude before the Courts of the Dominican

Republic, a lawsuit for damages due to a traffic accident, with all its legal
consequences, against Mr. BENITO and COMPAÑIA DE SEGURO MORE,
INC. , and in effect so that it can carry out each and every one of the
corresponding procedures and acts; empower the corresponding court for the
purposes of suing for damages due to a traffic accident, being able to appeal
and/or Cassation if necessary and my interests so require; make the necessary
witness(es) heard, deposit documents; have the ruling pronounced and
published by which the claim for damages due to a traffic accident is admitted in
accordance with the law, that is, do everything useful and necessary for the
legal completion of the claim in question; And the appearing party also declares
to me that this mandate can be delegated to the person of another lawyer so

the nose, as well as severe blows in different parts of the body that kept him
bedridden for several months, experiencing moral and physical damage and
harm that must be repaired, and that we consider as fair and equitable the sum
of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND GOLD PESOS

payment of interest on the agreed sum as principal compensation from the date

operation on the nose to correct physical damage caused by said accident, as
well as Dental medical expenses to correct the damage caused to the mouth
organ, as a result of the loss of several teeth; -----------------------------

the process, ordering their distraction for the benefit of the Lawyer who claims
