EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

The following AGREEMENT is concluded

INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION SERVICES PVT. LTD.

Hereinafter referred to as ICS, whose registered office is located at:

22/23, Goodwill Premises, Swastik Estate, 178 CST Rd, Kalina, Santacruz (E),
Mumbai - 98, Maharashtra,India

And

ASHIT KUMAR .

Hereinafter referred to as the Employee.

International Certification Services is pleased to enter into an agreement for services rendered
on all the terms and conditions given here under :

NATURE OF THE EMPLOYMENT: The Employee will work full time to perform
activities as per scope of work as defined by ICS. This Agreement replaces all written and / or
verbal agreements made previously to the date of this Agreement.

SCOPE: The Employee to provide audit/inspection/training/marketing/support assistance to

all the departments and related services on ICS request. Detailed scope of work will be
mutually agreed upon from time to time.

The Employee may undertake, upon request from a customer after being authorized by ICS or
through appointment directly by ICS, to perform services for ICS.

DETAIL PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY: Refer Annex-A

The functional title for the Employee is: SURVEYOR

SALARY FEES: The Employee will be paid the following fees for rendering of services
under the agreement on a full time basis per month (as per Annex-B) inclusive of local travel
i.e. commuting from residence to office & back.

Normally salary fees is paid in the 1st week of the month for the services rendered in the
previous month duly certified by the Station/Regional Incharge/Manager.

The Facilities / Benefits given to the Employee will be privilege to the employee. Facilities /
Benefits given by ICS will remain as facilities. It is intended only for the person to whom it is
addressed. Please note that the facilities given to you, can be withdrawn without any notice or
intimation, and no employee can hold ICS responsible for any activity.

EXPENSES FOR MOBILE: Maximum upto (as per Annex-B) per month for official
purpose only. Mobile connection (SIM)will be provided by ICS. Any thing extra than the
approved limit shall be deducted against salary fee payable.
VALIDITY: As per Annex-B

TERMINATION: As per Annex-C

This agreement can be further extended on mutual agreement. No changes or modification will
be implemented to this agreement unless confirmed in writing by both the parties.

The Annex-A, B & C are the exclusive part of this Employment Agreement.
