Main purpose
Supervise the sale of products, the proper organization of the facilities and the fulfillment of the obligations of its
collaborators, guaranteeing excellent Customer Service. Manage the relationship with suppliers ensuring quality and
timely receipt of products. Supervise the correct handling of raw materials, control production processes and food
storage processes. Verify and carry out the closing of daily sales, carrying out inventories, balances and general reports
that account for the relationship between costs and business projections.
Essential Functions
1. Make payment to suppliers of beverages and other supplies, according to the authorized basis and days stipulated by
the preventer or the platform. 2. Make reports of any eventuality that occurs at the point of sale. 3. Maintain control and
monitoring of the supplies delivered and at the end of the day, close the daily inventory, send a report to the inventory
manager. 4. Prepare sales report for the month. 5. Prepare daily cash closing: Avoid money losses and theft, control
cash management, and report to the responsible treasury and marketing area. 6. Make daily sales entries. 8. Keep track
of the maintenance schedule of the infrastructure and equipment of the point of sale. 9. Make quotes for the needs of
the sales points and present improvement proposals. 10. Provide timely attention to customers. 11. Register customer
information in the database. 12. Prepare reports on the activities and operation of the area with their respective news
and behavior at the point of sale. 13. Plan, coordinate and supervise special activities at the point of sale per month. 14.
Carry out the daily cleaning schedule at the point of sale. 15. Carry out input control for products coming from
production and beverages. 16. Maintain order in the product refrigerator. 17. Comply with wearing the complete
uniform during work hours. 18. Follow up so that the BPM is complied with to the letter. 19. Prepare a report on input
and material requirements for the point of sale. 20. Use the Personal Protection elements that the company has assigned
you and maintain them properly, giving them proper use. 21. Continuously inspect unsafe work areas, acts and/or
conditions, report them and take corrective measures within your reach to eliminate causes of accidents. 22. Comply
with the cleaning and disinfection requirements, review the Instructions for Disinfection and Cleaning of Equipment,
Facilities and Utensils. 23. Guarantee the standards and regulations that require proper compliance with activities. 24.
Report and send purchase invoices made by the point of sale. 25. Keep promotional material carried out by the
company visible. 26. Disseminate information to clients for promotions or advertising. 27. Report the state of health to
the supervisor for the performance of their duties. 28. Carry out the proper filing of sales reports and customer
databases in the system. 29. Comply with working hours by arriving at the point 10-15 minutes before opening, to
communicate any eventuality. 30. Turn on fryers, preheat the oven, turn on mobile equipment and perform calculations
for the proper functioning of the point. 31. Fry and bake according to established company procedures and with correct
temperatures. 32. Carry out the proper assortment in the display case according to the procedure and parameters
established by the company. 33. Receive orders and send them with high-quality customer service, in accordance with
the service protocols provided. 34. Attend meetings scheduled by the organization. 35. Measure the Performance of
your Activity. 36. Propose a Purchase Plan for your Activity. 37. Prepare documentation that guarantees the proper
functioning of the organization and all the functions assigned by your immediate boss. 38. Project Preventive,
Corrective and Improvement Actions for your Activity to the Management Representative. 39. Validate the status of the
products received at the points of sale, indicating the date of receipt of the products and the date of display of the
product, to know which products are damaged or deformed.
Professional profile
Be passionate about customer service, have the best attitude and willingness to learn and multitask as a team. Have had
recent experience of more than 1 year working as a coordinator or administrator in points of sale, leading work teams,
guaranteeing the monitoring and compliance of management indicators. Have availability to attend our stores that are
open every day. You will have rotating shifts and a day off during the week.
Education Preferably a professional in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Hotel
Administration, cooking. Or equivalent experience in similar positions, minimum of two
years.
Competencies Its functions are aimed at compliance with the warehouse sales budget, inventory
management, customer service, advice and training, control of payment points, among
others.
