“A RESOLUTION OF THE SANGGUNINANG BARANGAY OF YANAYA BILAR, BOHOL CONCURING THE

APPOINTMENT OF LOUIE M. LUMAPAY, SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY
YANAYA BILAR, BOHOL.”

WHEREAS, the body is in receipt of the newly appointment of LOUIE M. LUMAPAY, Sangguniang
Kabataan Treasurer, for concurrence.

WHEREAS, considering the qualification and the performance of the appointee for the position favorable for
newly appointed.

WHEREAS, the body in its deliberation concurs the newly appointment of LOUIE M. LUMAPAY,
Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer, issued by the newly appointed SK Chairperson, FIRMJUN NINO C. DIEL.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Sangguniang Kabataan of YANAYA, Bilar, Bohol to

concur the newly appointment of Louie M. Lumapay, Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of Yanaya, Bilar, Bohol;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Development Bank of the
Philippines, Tagbilaran Branch, Office of the Municipal Local Government Operations Officer and to all concern
for their information and guidance;
